BuriedInTech: Used this Kinkproof pipe to connect my pond pump to a pressure filter and waterfall box. It's inexpensive, super easy to use and can handle a pretty tight bend radius.

I was real happy with the pipe and ease of application until I started landscaping around the pond. I was installing drip irrigation near the buried pipe, had a brief cranial/rectal inversion, and accidentally pushed a drip irrigation hold-down staple right through the buried kinkproof pipe. Granted, I felt the resistance and pushed a bit harder before thinking through thoroughly what I might be hitting.

To fix it, I discovered that a 1 1/2" pvc sink riser pipe (the thin stuff in the P-trap supplies section of the store) is the perfect size to slide inside the kinkproof pipe (a little soapy water helps). I cut the pipe at the puncture, slid in a 4" length of sink riser pipe and added a couple of band clamps to fix the puncture.

Super happy with the pipe given its low price and ease of use. Just be careful with sharp objects!

Betty Bollinger: I really appreciate the quality of This hose. I used it in my pond to attach to my pump for filtering my pond water. Very flexible and easy to work with. I bought a hose last year from big box hardware already had a hole in it and stiff. This tells me the hose was old and not as flexible c for a new hose. That's why I ordered from Amazon. I will buy my next one from Amazon as well.
