Dr KristieDr Kristie:
We walk on a busy greenway with our dogs daily. Unfortunately, some cyclists are rather aggressive and do not consistently make walkers aware of their presence. It gets tedious looking over your shoulder every 15 seconds. This nifty wristband mirror has been useful by allowing me to check behind me without turning my head. It takes some
practice but I just lift my arm on a regular basis to see if anyone is behind us. I wish the mirror was a little larger but then it wouldn’t be so compact.

Kindle Customer: Because when you are cycling, you tend to move your wrist/hand, you sometimes loose your line of vision with this type of mirror. Better than nothing though. I like the mirror that is fitted to my handle bar better, straight bar.

DaveDave:
This mirror is lightweight, gives a clear view of the road behind and is comfortable to wear. It has an advantage over a handlebar mirror in that it won't get knocked and possibly damaged when storing the bike in a storage container or leaning it against a wall. I followed the advise of another reviewer and positioned the mirror on the side of my wrist so it sticks out and its rear view isn't blocked by my body.
Rotation of the base and hinging of the mirror itself are fairly stiff, which is good as a bumpy path or relative wind don't alter the angular settings. The only additional feature I would like is the option of a flat rather than concave mirror so that other road users don't look further away than they are.

KD ReaderKD Reader: I'm using this for bicycle riding. Initially, I thought it was not going to work for me because my arm/shoulder got in the way when I had the mirror face placed on the top of my wrist (like a watch). I was disappointed, because it seemed really nifty and nice quality otherwise. I thought I was going to have to return it. However, after working with it a bit, I found that placing the face on the SIDE of the wrist, instead of the top, works great (see photos). During the time I was thinking I'd likely replace it, I read reviews and purchased the "Take a Look Cyclist Mirror" (also available on Amazon). I now use the "Take a Look..." for left side viewing, and this wrist rearview mirror for the right. Either could probably work very well by itself, but together, they are fantastic. The wrist mirror has a wide angle, and the "Take a Look..." does not. Therefore, you get the benefit of seeing a wide angle with the wrist, and seeing the actual distance of vehicles/other cyclists behind you with the "Take a Look...." If you don't like the idea of having a small mirror on your eyeglasses or helmet as with the "Take a Look...," yet want to be able to see both sides, I...

Coocoo: This mirror is a great aid when bicycling. This wrist band fits comfortable and the mirror flips up. The rear view is just so clear! It takes some adjustment to find your comfortable view, but once learned it works great. I like how the mirror rotates but stays in place as nice and tight. You need to hold it near the hinge to move smoothly. The convex mirror gives a clear wide angle. I suggest when all you see is your own arm, then straighten arm and lift your head. This is easier than moving mirror while riding. This is so much better than one sticking up from handlebars or dangling from a helmet. I shall buy another one for my friend!

Amazon Customer: We bought two of these mirrors for our new ebikes. They are small but work really well and avoid the problem of handle bar mounted mirrors sticking out and making it difficult to get our bikes out of the garage. It takes a bit of time to get them set up as the rotation of the mirror can only be done with the mirror folded down. You have to pull your elbow to the inside a bit to get a full view behind the bike but this becomes a natural movement after five minutes. Finally, the band is perfect for me but a bit too big for my wife. While I can put the mirror on the back of my hand, she has to wear the band further up her arm to fit. The mirror is very high quality and we love them.

Amazon Customer: I had my husband use this on our last ATV ride and he loves it. I have mirrors on my atv and they constantly move in the wind and are super hard to get just right so I can see whos behind me. I got this for riding our ebikes and riding my horse to see the bikes coming up behind us on the busy trails but we tried it on our last atv ride and it worked so well we are getting another one. Now my husband can make sure Im keeping up with him on our rides:) Easy to use and fits small wrists as well as my husbands larger wrists. He is 6' 2". Highly recommend trying it.
