MS: Easy install. Everthing lined up and have had no water leaks. Only complaints it took two weeks for delivery and that's being picky.

Andrea: 2010 Raptor owner. Needed a new drivers side mirror. The product is just "OK" quality. Not sure if it's rebuilt or new? It looks like QC added some hot glue in places to keep parts together. I needed to take the old mirror and the product apart to put in the painted top piece to match my existing paint scheme. No problems there. The OEM mirror was auto dimming and I've yet to find a replacement other then OEM that has this feature. Yes, I KNEW before I bought this that it didn't support auto dimming. If you know of a cheap one, please let me know! I was hoping that I could just swap the mirror. Not possible. The back side mirror mount isn't compatible. Also, I couldn't swap the motor unit because it has different mounting holes for the motor mechanism. Also, the wiring harness isn't compatible with my OEM unit as you also need two wires to hook up to the dimming. So, all in all, I gain a puddle lamp but I lose my auto dimming but save over $300's or so from buying the OEM mirror from Ford. I'll probably just put on a very light tint on the mirror since my eyes are sensitive to driving at night.
