Fit System 80920 Towing Mirrors for Cars - Easy Snap and Zap Installation

MindSciMindSci: The media could not be loaded.  These "slip on mirrors" are well made. They are not at all flimsy. I mounted these Fit System 80920 towing mirrors onto my stock mirrors on my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ.

It took some pulling and pressing with the aid of a heat gun to finally get them on. I then secured a few spots with black aluminum rivets with butyl rubber. I riveted them on for a more permanent mounting; since, I am always towing my Snowmobile Trailer-to-Tiny Home behind my SUV.

I'm glad I took a chance on these. They have worked out fine, and they look great. They look as close to stock as you can get. You will not be able to find custom fit towing mirrors for a Chevrolet Equinox anywhere.

Amazon Customer: While a bit pricey for a piece of molded plastic, they fit on the Suburban mirrors perfectly without stressing them the way my previous screw clamp extended mirrors did. Just big enough for reversing and extra blind spot viewing. They do not extend out so far that you can see straight down the side/behind your trailer when driving in a straight line like my screw clam extension mirrors, but that view is a nice to have, a bit redundant and required 12” extended mirrors which had their own issues.
Actually look like an OEM extended mirror at a glance - we forgot to take them off for a couple days after our trip. I would buy again.

Djs: Fit and finish are great. They are however not quite wide enough to see around the trailer. This is due to the small mirrors on the Tahoe. Still much etter than having no tow mirrors at all.

Randall Evans: They were easy to install and adjust. My trailer is a little wide for these extensions but, they were a lot better than not having any extensions. They also look very much like original equipment . Thanks !!
