Alexandra V: It starts out really easy with the first page “write a number sentence for the pictures: 🍿🍿+🍿🍿= ______”
My 5 year old rolled his eyes and said “ugh that’s 2+2=4, I already know that” and the first few pages had number lines or actually featured a cheat sheet that showed all of the addition equations at the top so if you couldn’t figure it out, all you had to do was look for the answer… but by 20 pages in, it’s working on adding three numbers together and by 40-50 pages in, it’s working on triple digit addition and subtraction and carrying numbers so it really spans from more kindergarten level at the beginning of the book up to second grade and should be a good “addition” to our homeschool curriculum.

O livro tem 64 páginas, então é um livro fino, parece uma apostila, ou um caderno de atividades, as folhas são de um material razoável, porém as propostas das atividades tem uma didática muito boa que prendem a atenção da crianças, eu gostei muito da criatividade dos exercícios, estou pensando em repetir essas mesmas atividades com outros números em outro caderno quando o livro for finalizado.

Lisa Smith: Simple, clear layout using different coloured boxes on each page makes it easy to divide the work into concepts, and also to mark good places to take breaks. Sensible progression of difficulty. My 5yo has worked through the first ten pages in comfort and enjoyed learning the different ways to think about each problem.
