The BorelandsThe Borelands: My toddler loved spending time completing the exercises in this book. The instructions and illustrations were simple and easy to follow. We moved on the kindergarten book which is available through the same company. I really like that they kept the same format and made moving up to the next level very easy.

Audrey HaylinsAudrey Haylins: What an absolutely brilliant workbook this is! With over 300 pages of fun-filled exercises, it’s a colorful, treasure trove of learning. And priced at just €11, it is excellent value for money.
I got this for my 3 year-old grandson to give his mum some structured activities to do with him during lockdown while he was home from kiga. And while not all of the activities are within his capabilities at the moment, he has really enjoyed those that he can do.
The lessons focus on essential readiness basics, including colors, shapes, the alphabet, basic phonics, numbers, early math and more. Everything is presented in a way that makes learning lots of fun. There’s tracing and coloring exercises to help practice pen control, as well as mazes, joining the dots, and a whole host of other activities that support the development of early skills.
It is obvious that the book has been put together by pedagogues, as it includes a useful parental guide with suggested activities to build on the skills and knowledge developed through the written exercises. Plus, there are links to online resources to provide further backup.
