Thew: Very easy to install on standard doors. The only part that could be difficult is making sure front and back face plates are lined up with each other, which is not that difficult. Very easy to set the lever handle direction (left or right) within the lock. It feels sturdy. The lock features are pretty basic. No wifi or bluetooth or built-in alarm for tampering or brute force. That's fine; I just wanted a sturdy keyless lock from a good brand. I would purchase this product again.

Megan: This was a perfect solution for my location! Very easy to install, and program. Entered all the codes for my family effortlessly and it works fantastic. If I had one request it would be nice if the lighted key pad stayed on just a little longer. But still 5 stars in my opinion.

Cecile: I like that it locks automatically when you close the door. This feature can be turned off. It also looks very modern. The description however says it uses AA batteries, but not. I buy AA batteries in bulk so was a little disappointed. It uses one of those rectangular batteries. But altogether, I am pleased with this lock.

Ypsilanti66: I have had this lock for over a year and it has worked with no problem. Not sure why I am supposed to rate its "warmth" and "thickness" (?) so I am ignoring those.
I typically use the lock several times a day as it is installed on my back door which I use to let my dogs (or myself) to the yard. Last winter was not the coldest (I am in south-western Ontario) but it clearly was not a problem. I only wish the touchpad was backlit after dark (or after you touch it). Otherwise, it is worth every penny because I no longer have to carry my keys when take the dogs for a walk.
I did not install it myself, I gave to my neighbour is a very skilled master of all trades and it took almost an hour and he had to make some adjustments.

Bill Rycraft: I am a big fan of Schlage locks, have all Schlage products on all my doors. This was an upgrade in color and style.
Installation was simple and the instructions were very easy to decipher. If you ever installed a lock, deadbolt etc. this is no different.
This is powered by a 9 volt battery, the keypad is NOT back lit, the keys are lit up by a very bright white LED light that shines down on the numbers from above. There is a little overhang at the top that is not noticeable and that is where the LED is positioned. When you press the Schlage printing at the top that is what turns on the light.
The handles come uninstalled on the posts, so depending on the orientation, left hand or right hand door the handles are mirror images of each other so a inside handle on the left hand door would by a outside handle on a right hand door. Once you know what position you need you slide on that handle. There is a release pin if you install the wrong handle by mistake. The instructions are as the photo shows, the point of the curve points down.

Moburner: This is a decent residential entry lockset. It looks very nice and quality is about average for this grade. There are some cast aluminum parts inside and would certainly not hold up for heavy use in a commercial environment. It's fairly secure, but my entry door has a big glass panel in it, so I rely on other things for that. The keypad works well, the beep can be turned off (I have too many beeps in my life) and it has several useful programing functions. Also, if the battery fails and you're outside, it has two small contacts that a 9 volt battery can be applied to and allow entry. Keep in mind that the thumb lever is a switch, not mechanical, so if the board fails, the door won't unlock (or lock). There is plenty of warning when the internal battery is failing, but you should consider changing them annually or more often depending upon your use and climate. Installation is typically not very difficult, and programming isn't much trouble either. Pay close attention to how the wire that passes through the door is routed; it can easily be pinched by the rotating mechanism.
