Bianca Higgins: I thought I was going to have to stop trying to do yoga to get in shape. I couldn't even do the "tabletop" position because one of my knees has arthritis and it hurt too much! I tried using a yoga mat I found at Walmart (too thin) so I bought a new one at Target, thinking it would be better. The Target one was thick enough... For about a month. But it didn't keep it's original thickness and I didn't want to be buying yoga mats every month. I figured I would try Amazon.

Thank goodness I found this amazing yoga mat! I use it with ALL of my workouts now because it doesn't let me slip, even in socks. It's so thick, my knee doesn't hurt anymore, and the elastic band that keeps it rolled up is my FAVORITE thing to use when I need to stretch my shoulders. Yes, I have exercise bands, but I still like the yoga mat band better because it's not "too" stretchy. It allows me to pull my frozen shoulder into a good stretch and HOLD.

Everything you really need to know is in the video from the company. I just wanted to give my two cents. It's A GREAT purchase and you won't be disappointed! Super cute too! I got the green and black one. And just so you know, I waited 2 months to...

AnyDave37: This is my first yoga mat. I am very pleased with the mat. I do really like the fact that it’s eco friendly and will biodegrade over time. I’m not sure if this is a feature with most yoga mats or just something yours does. One thing that bummed me out after buying this eco friendly mat was the amount of plastic that was used to wrap it. The yoga mat is wrapped in a firm plastic, and then it’s all wrapped up
In another plastic bag. Just kinda defeats the purpose. Anyways product is great, useless use of plastic sucks. That’s my opinion. With that said I will be keeping this yoga mat. Thanks

Jeremy A Fogle: I love this yoga mat. I previously had a yoga mat from Five Below. Yea,$5.It served me well while I was beginning my yoga journey.This mat,however is worth every penny.The lines really helped improve my posture and they are quite intuitive if you've been doing yoga for any length of time. The mat is a perfect thickness. I've had another mat with greater thickness but it was squishy and made me off balance. This mat was so easy on my joints and with the solid thickness and the awesome grip of the mat, my balance was better as well. Overall, this mat gave me a much better yoga workout and less risk for injury. Selected 5 stars for durability as instructions were sent via email to help increase the longevity of the mat . I've not had it long enough otherwise. Easy to clean because you spray it down with a very diluted vinegar solution every 3-6 months.
