Paul tsang: worked as expected, the cost is reasonable. Only drawback is that the hex bit provided are too limited and can drive the one I need which is 3/16 inch.

Amazon Customer: The pros: The tool is quite well made and has a clean snap-action indication when your torque setting is reached.
The cons: The tool shank is a little short and the single digits(in the small clear window near the base) is difficult to read. I had to put my cheater glasses on to make out the numbers in the little window.
Overall, I will give this tool a solid rating and recommend it to anyone needing a torque screwdriver on occasion. Not sure how accurate it is or how long it will hold its calibration. If I find a standard or a highend torque screwdriver to compare it to after awhile of use, I will update this review. I didn’t get a chance to use the included bits as I required a torx bit to set the screws on my scopes. On a side note, as a cal tech we advised users that it’s a good habit to back off the torque setting on your torque screwdriver to near zero before putting it away. This will protect the pressure spring inside the tool. The pressure spring will become permanently compressed and give an erroneous reading on low torque before long.

Franco: Adjustments work as expected. Torque value seems to be spot on and the numbers 2-9 are a nice touch. 10, 20, 30 inch pounds are very visible and in between numbers are on the dial. I used my neighbors digital one and the lbs per inch were the same. Very pleased.

Felipe: The tool is pretty good quality and works, but the user guide is not good at explaining how to read the settings, as other reviews already pointed out. Ultimately I learned to set the red line on the torque setting scale. The bits are on the cheapy side and of course, it didn't come with the one that I needed.
