damon alfero: My wife's laptop crashed on her. She is a writer, and lost a lot of her work. I have been telling her for years to write her stuff using Google docs for the cloud storage. She never wanted to do it from fear of someone hacking in and stealing her work. Well when her laptop died and she lost all her work it was final straw. I bought this product for her as a replacement/ anniversary present. She absolutely loves it. Says writing on it is so much easier than her windows laptop, and she's glad to have the cloud storage now. She saw it updating on her phone as whe typed on the laptop.

The touch screen and included stylus pen has also been an awesome feature for her. She has started drawing pictures again. She hasn't drawn since we first met 14 years ago. Now she has a digital canvas to draw on and has done some pretty cool peices. She says she loves it a lot and is very glad to have it.

It is not a windows device, it has its limitations, but for basic writing and art I don't think you could choose a better item for the price.

Sade White: I absolutely LOVE this chromebook, its not even fair to call it a Chromebook...its still a LAPTOP!!! OMG!! I had bought one before that was another brand and it was cool but I couldn't watch AppleTV (*NSYNC fan...you KNOW I was watching Palmer!! lol) so I returned it and then I saw this one and when it got here, that was the first test and when it could and then on top of that it CAME with a stylus...GAME CHANGER!!!
Extra Bonus for me was that with the stylus, I can write my notes and it goes on as text (I'm sure this wasn't new to everyone else but..) I LOVE THAT! Yep! I'm happy with my purchase!
The battery life is...ehh, but that isn't a reason that you shouldn't invest in one!
There isn't a backlight for the keyboard but, if you already know how to type it shouldn't be an issue.
BOTH cameras are really good quality, I've zoomed on here (with Lance Bass) and I've done Facebook video chat as well.
The only thing that would make it sweeter would be if (like my iPhone) I could voice control Tiktok. If I could put it in book mode and while I'm cooking saying "next....like that....go back....comment" that would be SOOO DOPE!!

James Weaver: I bought this computer so that I could separate my work files from my personal files and information. I use a MacBook pro for work and did not want to pay several thousand dollars for a personal laptop. In fact, I didn't want to pay over $500. I also wanted it to be compact. So, I first bought a $250 Chromebook that had less than 1080P resolution--I was really disappointed especially when I put it on my 32" 4K monitor. I took it back. I then bought this model because it had high resolution, was small, and had a 2-in-1 form factor. I have been very pleased with this laptop. The resolution on my 32" 4K monitor is excellent. The laptop is small and I can carry it around the house and use it easily on the couch, my bed, the kitchen counter, and connected to my big monitor in my home office. The 2-in-1 functionality works great. The outer casing isn't nearly as sturdy as my new MacBook Pro, but it is great for a sub-$500 laptop. I have never used a Chromebook before and I have to say that it works really well for a home computer. I don't pay extra for virus services, I now put all my personal files on Google Drive (which works great), and I don't have to pay for...

Amazon Customer: I wish I could rate this a full 5 stars, because I honestly do love this Chromebook. As a broke college student, this was pretty much at the upper end of what I could afford as all my classes required me to use some aspect of a laptop, and I was getting annoyed at just having a tablet. I did pay full price for this, and I've had it for a few months now so I feel I can leave an accurate review.

One of the first things I noticed when booting up the laptop was the screen. The screen is absolutely beautiful, and I don't know how Samsung delivers for such a low price. It is not the highest resolution by any means, it is after all a Chromebook, however you can barely tell unless you're staring at the screen an inch away (which I do not recommend for the sake of your eyes). The touchscreen works well too, and I've never had any issues with it. The second thing I noticed was the keyboard, and I'll be honest, this keyboard is on par with higher end laptops. It doesn't feel cramped to me at all and my typing speed is just as fast as it was when I used a hand-me-down Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
