R.B.Bailey Jr: After two years of hard use, I've had excellent service with it!!! I've pulled it all over Tokyo with my work. I did have an issue with hairs/carpet fibers getting wrapped around the wheel axles, so I had to clean that out. I use my bag mainly for books and other teaching materials.

bird: ビジネス用に使うため購入しました。１−2日のトリップにも使える優れものです。ノートPC、iPad、A４サイズの書類の入るポケットなど収納抜群で、洋服などすこし嵩張るものが入るパートもあり大変便利です。思ったより厚みと重みはあります。ローラーが360度方向が変えられると移動も楽だろうなと思いますが、このモデルは前後しか動きません。Samsoniteは偽物も多く出ているようですが、老舗メーカーならでは裏地も生地もしっかりしていました。とても満足しています。

Amazon Customer: 翌週の出張の鞄を考えていたところタイムセールに乗っていたので購入しました。
開封して物はとても良さそうな感触を得ましたが、
展示品のように見えます。
鞄にラベルはついていましたが箱のテープが開封したように切れておりタイヤにも転がした痕があります。
出張まで時間がないので返品はしませんが開封、展示品のようでしたので星を二つ減らさせて頂きます。

David B Hart: Wasn't sure what to expect as I have never had a case like this before. I have had it for a few months now and it has held up well. Several compartments, lots of storage. Although the back of the case seems to be designed for clothing, I use it for tools and test equipment. Serves my needs well. Planning to get another in the near future.

Chris4: I have a Samsonite case that I totally love but when I bought my new laptop, it was much too big for my case so I purchased this one. Everything fits well and there are plenty of compartments but it only has two wheels vs four which makes for a hard time running from end of the airport to the other, it constantly gets stuck on everything and even becomes a trip hazard, four wheels are MUCH better. The two main zippers also get stuck quite a bit as I close it. It serves its purpose as it is difficult to find cases for a 19 inch laptop.

Tom Lee: The only thing that I have against this is that the size of the actual case was about an inch smaller than what it posted. Otherwise, it's fine.
