boucauteboy: this is my updated review: I found a previous bottle of these I purchased from same supplier and then I am noticing the taste is very different in the new batch, I would say less flavorful

Debbie Webb: I really enjoy this Mediterranean spice when you open the jar smells wonderful, and the appearance of the spice is rich and flavorful. It really adds a great twist to many stews and soup and I especially use it for my vegan in Mediterranean foods. It’s well worth a spice to have in your pantry.

Mommycircle09: I love chile peppers so I didn't mind the mistake. The product I got was a ground chili powder not sumac. I do like it as it has great flavor. Not asking for refund because I am satisfied with the quantity and quility.I will just need to reorder sumac and hope I get sumac of great quality as is the ground chile pepper

Brit Columbia: I would have to drive a long way and spend a lot of money to be able to buy this product locally. I'm pleased with this purchase from Amazon. It was just what I needed, the price isn't bad at all, and it arrived right to my doorstep.

P. Salisbury: I enjoy TV cooking shows, and in several recent episodes a spice called Ground Sumac was mentioned. I had not previously been aware of this spice, and I made a point of looking for it in my local grocery store . . . with no success. Amazon, of course, has it. I love that it comes in a generous size (not the tiny bottles that are empty before you know it), and the price was very reasonable and a good value. As for the product itself, the Sumac impressed me as rich, a little earthy, and having a definite note of citrus. I think it is delicious sprinkles lightly on plain, buttered toast, and I am looking forward to trying it in soups, stews, and salads. So glad to have found this product.
