Loro KoskiLoro Koski: You would never guess you can paint your surround for a fraction of the price of replacing the surround when it becomes discolored etc. The surround was a tingy yellow, no damage but was old. I used this Topside paint with the recommended primer and for less then $100 redid my surround! It is durable, easy to apply, no overbearing smell and looks fantastic.

Dr. Nyman: Used this to coat the aluminum roof on a 2003 popup camper we purchased. Coupled with the primer, this is great stuff. The adhesion is good and when cleaned up - after one year it still looks like new.

Chelsea von Kageneck: I was hesitant at first at the brightness of the color but it dries to a perfect tone. The finish looks great and of high quality. I applied it with a roller and brush. Very easy just takes a while to do multiple coats on a long canoe.

Cameal: Used to cover old bathtub and tiles. Needed 2 cans to complete the job and do 3 proper coats of paint. I'm happy with it. I suggest you do the proper prep-work so the paint adheres properly.

jennifer: I am obsessed with how well this looks! it's a nice bright white and covers so great.I did two coats and still have a bunch left in the can so it really goes a long way. I now go into my bathroom and I am delighted by the white tile rather then this old brown that I had. It makes a huge difference. The only thing I hated was the smell. It is STRONG and lasted days. I wouldn't recommend it without proper ventilation and maybe a mask. But it was well worth any smell to change my bathroom tile color!

SavvyTipster: Living in Florida with well water, sulfur smell is an issue. All the well equipment, including the oxidizer sits in the hot sun all year long. I noticed that the oxidizer tank, which is externally made of fiber glass was starting to fray.

My well maintenance guy told me this can eventually lead to leaks and a new tank is often needed. He said I should paint it. I decided to go with this Rust-Oleum marine coating in white. Two coats made the tank look like new. Should last quite a while. $30 worth of paint sure beats close to a thousand dollars for a new tank.

transgreasertransgreaser: First, make sure you wear a respirator. I got the Elipse 1/2 mask for toxic fumes and it worked great. It’s on Amazon.

I did two coats of primer and four coats of Topside, with 24 hrs between coats. I purchased the wrong primer from Amazon because they paired it with the paint. Needed primer for metal, not fiberglass. So make sure you check which you get the right one for your tub! I had to go to Lowe’s for the correct RUSTOLEUM primer.

Also, I wish I’d known about Flood for getting a smoother finish before I started. Thanks to @seejanedrill I now do and will never make that mistake again. The finish isn’t perfect but it’s so much better. Just caulked it and will take my first shower tomorrow. 🤞I will follow up if there is a problem. Otherwise I highly recommend. It took forever because we’ve had a lot of humidity. I started the project three weeks ago and am just winding up. Whew!

Hardest part was not dripping sweat on the tub while working. 😂 Honestly, was very annoying. I couldn’t wear enough bandanas to soak it up as I worked.

Cooldude: I delayed posting my comments until I had an opportunity to use the product:
1) Delivery was slower than the norm but it was coming from the US.
2) The paint arrived in good condition was well secured with clips. I did have some concerns about this after reading past reviews where the tin had opened during transit.
3) I painted my shower fiberglass shower base and found the paint easy to use.
4) The results, after two coats, look fairly good. Will see if it lasts after I start to use the shower again.
5) CAUTION. As others have stated, this paint emits a STRONG odour. This gradually diminishes over 2-3 days. Edit: It actually took more than a week for the odour to significantly diminish. It may be longer depending on your sensitivity.
