A.B.: Sugar-free or not, it's one of the best sauces I've had. Not just sugar-free but also very tasty. A rare gem.

IT Admin: Last summer was good, but the winter has been tough on this Keto dieter.
I am looking toward yard work and "Beating the Rules" by burning tree limbs. A colleague calls it "The Loophole - if I cook food on the grill after I burn, well, the fireman can't touch me. I have nice neighbors that wouldn't turn me in anyway :).
Bought my first Rufus Teague 7 months ago at the end of summer and it just sat in the pantry - I finally tried it a month ago because I ran out.
Now I'm on my third order, each one a doubling of the last.
Sheesh, this stuff is good. Takes a few bites for the heat to rise, but it does, and it is good, then it's not that strong, so you are not overwhelmed. Learned this adding it to just Broccoli/Cauliflower veggies as the meat cooked. Just took a few bites during the wait, but I was hooked.
Ships well-packed in a tight two-pack that doesn't waste space.
Did I mention I like it?
Recommended.

WashingtonApple: I eat keto and also like to bbq quite often. I've tried a ton of different sugar free sauces and I will say for flavor this one wins hands down. Its got a rich and slightly spicy flavor to it similar to traditional KC sugar laden sauce, but with a notably "stevia" after taste. If you don't care for the taste of stevia you probably are not going to like this sauce. It doesn't inundate you with the stevia flavor but it definitely makes its presence at the party known. I have always bought the Slim N Sweet version of the sauce as I prefer to get my smoke flavor the old fashioned way. There is one caveat I have is this sauce would definitely not be considered clean keto. Its firmly in the dirty keto section with the inclusion of corn starch and soy sauce in the ingredients. At 3 grams of carbs per 2 tbsp it can add up if you like to drench your food with it and you care about carbs. But for me its a great option. I like the taste and if used in reasonable amounts the carbs are acceptable to me. Also do not expect this sauce to caramelize like traditional sugar based sauce on the grill. I wont fault it for that as I have never seen any sugar free sauce do that. 5 stars from me. Its...

Brian: I’m gonna give this a 4 star rating because truthfully it’s probably the best tasting and well-balanced BBQ sauce I’ve ever had and I really like it. I absolutely hate corn syrup and this product does not contain it seemingly. The front label clearly states sugar-free yet the ingredients state sugar is added, albeit trivial. I don’t have a problem with real sugar... just advertisements stating otherwise. It also contains soy which is usually GMO and that is something hard to avoid in any bottled sauce. For that reason I avoid all supermarket crap... corn syrup, colorings, and other garbage.
This sauce, despite the above I feel is a winner. It’s really tasty and has a nice background heat. Very good overall and I think I found the best out there. I will continue to buy and got some chicken ready for the grill anxiously awaiting this sauce. Just my 2 cents...

Roc James: Ok so I am a huge fan of BBQ, but in December was getting too fat and went on a low carb diet. Believe it or not I lost 80lbs eating mostly BBQ and staying away from sugar and junk food. I tried at least 8 different sugar free BBQ sauces and they all have that fake sugar substitute in them and you can tell by the strange aftertaste. This stuff is different there are no sugar subs in it to alter the taste and it has a mild natural sweetness to it that compliments pork really well. I used this on my ribs the last time I had people over and didn't tell anyone it was sugar free and nobody had a clue, its that good.
