KairiKairi: Bought this specifically to use for making Cookie Monster inspired cookies. Of course I had to use a decent amount of food coloring to get the deep blue as expected but it worked great and didn’t turn green during baking like some other brands of blues do. Did not affect the taste of the cookies either and the result is some silly cookies with hilarious expressions.
