Craig: Basic tobacco pipe tool. Sturdy in the hand and nicely constructed. Solid attachments won’t bend backwards like other models are prone to do with use. Acts as a fairly nice tamper, as well. Great value.

AmyAmy: I love this tool, but not as-sold.
First: Quality
The metal layers are solidly welded together, but the pick side comes out a little too easily. The black wood in the handle inlays on both sides were cut too wide so they hang over the metal in different places. One side is not sealed down all the way, so it wobbles which makes me feel like it’s flimsy. I’ll probably remove it, sand it, refinish it and add a better seal so it doesn’t move around in my hand.
Second: Utility
This has three uses: tamping, scraping, and picking.
Utility: Tamping
Unless there’s a particular use for the tamper that is not implied by the nature of the product, this should be rounded or at least have rounded corners. I’m going to round mine out into an oval so that it’s more useful.
Utility: Scraping
Barely usable. The blade here has teeth on one end and is solid on the other. The idea would be very nice except that the metal is so thick and the teeth are only etched about halfway into the thick metal, so it essentially functions as two flat sides. Michael J.: This is a very nifty little tool that is very handy for all kinds of different pipes. The rosewood handle looks nice, and the poker is very sturdy, but still pretty skinny for how stout it is. It has a very good length as well. The surprise is the scraper. I did not really buy it for the scraper, but it is very handy! one side is beveled to scrape well without damaging the bowl, and it works really well.
