I really like it's light weight, good suction and that it has an attachment that can be used as a brush it narrow suction device. Plus when you have the entire unit set in it's highest speed, it keeps that high speed going when you remove and use the hand held vac.
Plus worth a few phone calls and emails they were able to answer my questions. All in English since they're in Canada, I Believe.
Truly recommend and off buy again!

For the price this little vacuum is great! The suction is very decent, it's light an easy to use and we love it for cleaning the kitchen floor daily and the hallway carpet for quick clean ups. It is not a heavy duty vacuum, so if you buy it with the right expectations in mind, you'll love it!

We received this vacuum about two hours ago. So How can I write a review and give it five stars already? It is because we've had one, almost identical, for six years. This one is not only similar but actually looks like a design upgrade rather than a whole new design. It is a different brand but I wouldn't be surprised that it was a design purchased from another company.
Six years ago I set out to find a cordless vacuum. There are many instances in which hauling out the regular corded vacuum was just a lot of bother. I didn't want a battery powered vacuum that I would have to remove the battery to charge it, nor did I want an internally rechargeable battery that I would have to plug into AC power. This design, with the powered base, was for us the best design. Just lower it into the stand and it starts to charge.
We used that previous vacuum almost daily for six years when it started having trouble with the power switch on the handle. I didn't even try to fix it, thinking that parts for a six year old model would not be easy to find. Besides there are now several cordless vacuums on the market that use a charging...

Very good price. Quick Shipping with good Packaging. Vaccuum is easy to use. Charges quickly and has very good suction. The detachable unit is very handy for small spaces and vacuuming the car interior. The unit is easy to clean out after use and is light and portable. It also has replacement filters too.

Not sure if this able to fix, it's been fine using for near a year for home basic cleaning, able to clean up hair quite well from wooden floor, not very well on rugs, but satisfied as I mostly using in bathroom area. However, it's nearly a year now, the charging button one day keep flashing, tried to charge full overnight or unplug and charge again but still not able to...the vacuum is no battery now so not able to function normal . not sure if there is any way to solve this problem now

I am very impressed with this little device. I am replacing a Bosch battery vacuum due to the lack of battery power so I looked at newer models of battery powered vacuums. This stood out on all the good reviews it had received. Had this a month scan safely add to the good reviews and I am very critical of vacuums and loath many of the problems they so needlessly produce by lack of thought for the user. Reasons to buy this. Its cheaper but not in product quality. It has excellent suction. It is very light. It is easy to put away on the stand and it does that it bloody stands up!! haleluah. How hard is that Bosch designers !!! It is so easy to make into a hand held so I can now, while it is still running, click off the unit to a hand held and suck round the window sills for the dead flies!! or spiders that think they can live in my house. Not any more!!! It is so easy to empty and put back together. The G tech is crap in comparison as everything is down on the floor this doesn't need you to bend down at all it is all at waist height and where does all this dirt and fluff come from it finds it is truly amazing, no big fuss about cleaning anymore just pick it up...

It took trying out 5 different brands of new rechargeable upright/handvac vacuum cleaners after my old one gave up the ghost, but I've finally found one that does what I need it to do! It's not totally perfect, there are some design features I'd change if it was up to me, but it does what I most need. PROS: 1. It vacuums floors and carpeting especially low pile carpeting efficiently including extracting pet fur. We have 2 old Siamese cats and an old long haired Australian Shepherd mix. They all shed more in their old age. This vacuum does a good job of surface to medium depth cleaning into the carpet fibers and collects the fur well. 2. The roller brush is removable for easy removal of longer pet fur that tends to wrap around the roller AND the roller brush DOES NOT allow a ball of fur to get easily lodged between the end of the roller and the drive gear and stop the roller from turning. For, the sake of good general maintenance, I am still removing the roller every 3 or 4 uses and cleaning off the roller and the roller's ends and drive gear.
