M. Gautreaux: Recently replaced my original plastic pedals with these and the difference is fantastic. I have big wide feet so the fact that this pedal is wide is awesome. My feet don't slip off and its a lot more comfortable when I stand up on them. Great Buy!

Midwestern guy:
I ordered these for large platform size, as I have wide size 12 shoes/feet. The surface area to price ratio is excellent.
I was disappointed when the pedals arrived, to find the left pedal dustcap pressed in too far on one side, and both pedals bearings excessively tight.
When I contacted Crank Bros support, I was given the option of a refund or replacement. I choose replacement because of the platform size.
The new pedals arrived shortly. The box had been opened to inspect the pedals before sending, indicating genuine concern from Crank Bros. The replacement pedal dust caps were properly aligned. The bearing felt slightly tight, but work.
I love the long, wide platforms. I havenot used flat pedals with traction spikes before, but they are easy to use & afford good grip. I hope to install Power Grips, because I am accustomed to using the straps, but the standard mounting hardware doesn't fit the cutouts on these pedals. Eventually I will find suitable machine screws and washers for installing PowerGrips.
I am disappointed that the pedal dust caps are red plastic & press fit with no slot for removal, and not threaded...

CamCam:
I am very pleased with these pedals so far and seem well priced. They are still relatively new as I've only put about 30 hours on them so far. They seem very well built and have ball bearings inside from what I can tell. They have a very small amount of resistance when you spin them, but are extremely smooth to spin, even after some hard use. They must have some thicker grease in the bearings. I don't notice any added effort needed when riding.
The biggest pro to for me for these pedals is the large platform they provide. My foot can bounce slightly off the pedal during the chatter of the trail and my foot lands firmly on the pedal a lot more often than with more normal sized pedals. This has greatly reduced the want and need for clipless pedals.
The only downside i can see is the raised likelihood for a pedal strike, since they stick out another cm or so. I havent seen that as much of an issue though.

Ben SparrowBen Sparrow:
I've got an Echo Bike couple weeks ago and the reviews were saying that the stock pedals that came with the air bike were not great. One of the bike's reviewers suggested to get a wide mountain bike flat pedal by Funn Funndamental. Those are super nice but 3 times the price of these RockBros. And these are amazing, wide and they work great with my new Echo air bike. And for only 30 bucks!
Check out one of my pictures where you can see the stock pedals that came with my Echo Bike. They are really a joke. These wide RockBros are way, way better that the sock pedals.
They were super easy to install and they make my Echo Bike look even better quality than it already is.
I highly recommend you to try them on you air bike if that is what you are looking for. They are fantastic!

ChadikinsChadikins: The media could not be loaded. Great entry pevel pedals, nice wide stance super grippy but a little stiff and heavy. Not bad but if you're looking for light weight these aren't them. I'm running them on a radmission ebike. As the bike shipped with "resin" pedals. I've biked to many bikes with plastic.. mhm resin pedals that brake. I always swap plastic/risen pedals for metal.

Sulek: I have a Northrock by Giant mountain bike. The factory pedals were the pedals that would be found on almost any bike. To these, I added old-style toe clips. I was nervous about using pedal clips because I am not as agile as I was in my much younger days and trail riding is a different sort of animal than street riding. I started doing my research and came across the studded flat pedals for mountain bikes. I also read that for riders I should look for ones with 10 to 12 stud posts. So I began considering a number of pedals and then I came across the RockBros pedals. Light aluminum, the perfect number of posts and width to distribute my weight across the pedal. I couldn't believe the difference the grip and wider pedals make on my rides. I wear hiking shoes and these pedals fit the width of the shoes perfectly. Not only that, but recently I had an accident throwing me off my bike. With no clips to impede me, I was able to control the fall much more easily. The pedals turn easily and give great traction, especially on those uphill pushes. They are excellent. I also got these a an excellent price. So glad I added them to my ride.

Daniel Sengstacke: I am the new owner of a recumbent trike. The pedals that are factory standard, allowed for clip in cycling shoes which are highly recommended for a recumbent trike to avoid foot suck. I was shopping around and trying to decide on clip in shoes. The options were not very good and actually rather expensive for a good pair. When I found these oversized peddles, I found the answer I was looking for. Not only are they more comfortable and efficient when peddling, my feet stay solidly in place. Very well-made and sharp looking, and the price point is unbeatable compared to other popular oversized pedals. My comfort and riding experience has been improved dramatically. Thank you Rock Brothers!
