Amazon Customer: I have been using this product since I got my miniature poodle as a 8 week old puppy. Of course, there were numerous accidents at first and I was able to remove the stain and odor in every case, even when the spot was not noticed for a while.

I spray the clearer on the carpet, massage it in after a minute or so and then wait 5 minutes before rubbing the area with a dry white towel. I then follow up with a damp white towel and then allow the spot to dry. It seemed that if I did not use the damp towel as the last step, there was aresidue remaining that attracted dirt after a while.

Great product and highly recommended.

Coeta S. Shanks: Didn't notice coffee stain on off white carpet until it had set. It went under a chair so it was a big stain. I tried everything I could think of but nothing was working. I'd think it was better to find the next morning it was still there. So sorry I didn't take pictures. I was almost ready to give up and was dreading the cost of replacing the carpet. Searched on Amazon and saw this product that sounded good with good reviews. Lot cheaper than new carpet so I decided to give it a try. Amazing results. I have needed to use it a few times but stain kept getting fainter so just continued to work with it. Thrilled to say it has worked. Would have been happy with mostly gone but didn't need to settle. The stain is completely gone. Give it a try. Hope your results are as good as m in new.

Olivia Sanders: the smell is amazing and it gets the job done! i would recommend paper towels and letting it soak with that! got the pee out right away with my leather couches. a micro towel also works after the paper towels, it gets what was left. i highly recommend this product for pet owners

L. L. Katherman: Let me set the stage for this long review. I am diagnosing myself as CP phobic (cat pee phobic). This is not yet an official disease but I am working on a patent. The roots of my CP phobia come from my childhood days as does everything else that is wrong with my life but I will skip the details for a book I will later write and discuss with Dr. Oz. Cats were around me in my childhood days and due to absent parents, they peed everywhere and little was done to clean it up. Therefore, the smell of cat pee brings severe anxiety, anger, and anything else that is related to a negative feeling. In 2002, a small kitten followed me into a 7-11. She was friendly but obviously abandoned and probably had her days limited if left in the busy parking lot of this convenience store. So on this wonderful day in the winter, I walked out with a Diet Coke, a pack of Marlboro lights, and a kitten. All three items were destined to deteriorate my health.

Fast forward to 2017 and this same cat is still with me. I am almost certain this cat will outlive me and I am only 34. This is the last cat I will ever own. Due to her age, attitude, and possibly her political...
