Bryan: I have several Utilitech 2 lamp fixtures in my shop that all have the same yellow and red wiring. A red pair from the ballast to one bulb (both ends) and a yellow pair from the ballast to the other bulb (both ends). These are a non-shunted tombstone.
This ballast worked great as a replacement even though it wasn't exactly the same. I used some of the extra red wire to jumper/shunt the tombstones on one end and then some of the extra blue wire to shunt the other ends. Plenty of extra wire.
Result...I have light again! I might buy a couple more to have ready to go when/if the next ballast goes.

SeattleMariners: Worked great with 2x T8 LED 4FT tube-type bulbs. The size of the ballast is exactly the same as the Home Depot' s fixture, so that it did fit perfectly. The Home depot's ballast is for the serial wiring, while this ballast is for parallel wiring, so you need to modify the wiring a bit, but it is simple and easy if you know the basics. Plus, this ballast comes with very long red & blue wires so that the modification was super easy. Highly recommended

paladin: I have a single bulb fluorescent light that was installed in 1983. It has a handy electrical outlet built into the end so I didn't want to replace the light fixture. The original magnetic ballast lasted until a few weeks ago. This new ballast is a perfect replacement. One blue wire per bulb. I only have one bulb so naturally one blue wire is unused. The 2 red wires coming from one end of my light (yours may vary) are joined together with the red wire from the ballast. The blue wire connects to the blue wire from the ballast. The white and black wires coming from the house connect to the white and black wires of the ballast. Easy peasy!

Amazon Customer: Used this ballast to replace a bad one in my 2ft 2 bulb fixture above my work table.
Easy install and plenty of wire to reach if it was a bigger fixture.
