I like the fact it has 10 different type of creatine in it including creatine mono as off right now this is my go to for creatine I usually buy this and a 100 serving of creatine from vitamin shoppe and take this [updated] either after my workouts or during I’ve noticed it actually gives me a boost during my workouts when I pair it with Bcaa but I still take the one from vitamin shoppe on my rest days since I don’t lift or anything on those days and stick with this on my workout days if I take it during my workouts its usually only when I know I’m bout to go ham it helps push me thru and then I just take regular creatine after with my post workout stack even though a lot of ppl might hate and say this brand isn’t worth it welp more for people like me I love this
