I_Want_to_tell_youI_Want_to_tell_you: The clip is snug for the RG6 coax cable which is good. However, the nail is way too short. It mostly penetrate the paint on the wall so I have to try multiple times which left multiple holes on my wall as seen in the picture. I am sure it works great on wooden wall or something that doesn't have a coating of paint, but really wish if the nail could be a bit longer to avoid this problem.

Lawrence Moreau: For tv wire or smaller. I leave the nail out about 1/8" to enable moving the wire.

Yann Laviolette: The white part fit perfectly a RG6 cable. but the nail are not long enough. the part that anter the wall is so small that it does not stay in place. I used the plastic part and use longuer nail and it work perfectly.

abdul: A little hard to install and may leave holes in the wall if not installed properly the first time, once you get the hang of it though they are ideal and are for a good price

JonJon: At $5.99 (at time of purchase) a pack of 100 is really great value. They do the job well but if the nails were a few mm longer it'd be helpful as they are quite easily pulled out of walls/baseboards. But overall I'm happy with them.

Review13: These tacks work, but I did not realize they were so small, have a bundle of 5 wires running along the wall with a wooden border at the bottom, had to use one tack on each wire, however, the big rounded cable TV wire was to large for these tacks, so, he to use two of them to jam it against the wall, which doesn't look neat. Were very cheap in price, and took weeks for them to arrive from China, but will work if your wires are small, and you a patient enough to wait for there arrival.

Eric E.: I have 2 runs in my house for my network that are pretty long and I didn't want a permanent solution as I don't plan on being there for more than a few more years and the next owner may not have as many wired devices as I do, few people do.

Nails are a little short on these, I bought some previously that were longer, but as long as you have something for them to grab to they are long enough and will not make big holes in your molding or ceiling tiles.
Running 1 - 100 foot line to the back half of my house connecting to a 5 port switch and another 80 foot run to the front of my house to an 8 port switch.
I have had 2 pull back out due to length of nails, but I have since tapped them in flush and no more issues after 3 months.. keep in mind I have very soft ceiling tiles.

J. Barrett: There probably isn't much one can write about cable clips... However, this is what I can tell you.

1) They work really well. I used them with RG6 coaxial cable and had no problems with them fitting properly.
2) They do not shatter or crack when hammering in the nail. This was nice because considering the price I thought they would be made of cheap plastic and potentially break apart. Not so!
3) They look good on the wall and blend in well. (Granted, I have white walls.)
4) They do a fairly good job at keeping the cable straight and taut. I found that if you use a clip and then run the cable out 7-8ft or so before using another one, that you can then pull the cable tight and add a third clip to the center (between the first two clips). This will keep the cable very taut and straight.
5) I have no idea what I'm going to use 100 of these for, but I suspect they'll work well for my networking cables. As it stands, I think in running 40ft of cable I used about 15 clips. ...85 more to go. :)

Conclusion: If you need some coax cables clips and you have RG6 wiring, these things are great. Just buy them.

Help: If you're not sure what kind of wiring you have,...

bogart the consumer: These are cable clips, one of the most simple products you can find on Amazon. There's not much to say. They get the job done. You can use them with coaxial cable, but it's a tight fit. I am using them primarily to tack an ethernet cable to a baseboard, and they are sufficient.

There are three issues that prevent me from offering a five-star rating:

-- Missing nails - I've come across a few clips which are missing their nails. There are so many complete clips in the bag that a few missing nails is not a big deal, but I expect to get what I paid for, which in this case means that I expected to receive 100 complete clips.

-- Nail not flush with clip -- The tip of the nail protrudes from the bottom of the clip by 1/4 of an inch (6mm), approximately. It makes it a little bit difficult in tight spaces to seat the clip as you are preparing to hammer. The photo makes it appear as if the nail-tip is flush with the clip.

-- No re-sealable bag -- Few of us will ever use 100 clips for one project. It would have been nice if the clips came in a zip-lock bag for easy storage and access.

T. Ho: So I purchased this in order to neatly route my RG6 coaxial cables around my house. I must say it it holding up beautifully after over 6 months of being indoors and outdoors (for my outdoor use of these, I coated them with a UV resistant material).

Comes in a bag with a 100 of these cable-clips and for this price it's worth it in my books. After 6 months, all the ones that I've used from this purchase have no problems.

My pros and cons:

Pro(s):
- Cheap (price-wise)
- Plenty (lost/broke one? no worries, it's a bag of a 100 pieces!)
- Simple to use (just aim and hammer away, the nails are already set inside the plastic clips)

Con(s):
- Not convenient when you need to place it in tight, small areas because hammering it will prove difficult (so how and where you place them is important)

Recommendation(s)/Suggestion(s):
- If you're installing these outdoors, keep them out of the sun's way (long term exposure to the sun will cause the plastic to fade/discolor and become brittle)

This is great for tidying up areas/straightening cables for long distances.

Thanks for reading this review. Cheers!
