ZERO7677: Got these for fast shipping. Not as good as what you can buy at a hardware store. They don’t drive into the wood evenly and tend to bend. Work around by tapping each side and repeating.

Tom: I used these to tack a 1/2 cable to the beams in my basement. They did the job. My only comment is that they tended to bend a little when hammering them in. It may be due in part to the size of these staples, but could also be that the metal they're made out of is a little softer than it could be. I tried to use reduced force and strike the staples toward the corner instead of in the middle.
