bfromoz: This was great for my banged up knee. I was sick of wrapping rectangle ice packs in towels and trying to tie them around my knee. This was great for taking to work - 10 on / 50 mins off.... could walk with it on.... Would recommend/buy again...

michele pearson: I never write reviews but this ice pack DESERVES it! I had surgery and icing was an absolute must. The problem was none of the ice would last long, or they didn't have a fabric to protect your skin or were hard to strap and velcro. This pack checks all boxes!!! After ordering 15 different ones I found the perfect ice pack! It not only stays cold longer but refreezes fast!! The straps are connected and so easy to strap with a velcro that actually stays attached! Finally, no need to try to use some type of fabric to protect your skin! It is plush and soft on one side! This ice pack is 10 stars! Search no further!

jj: It works quite well. You can put it in the freezer and then slip onto the leg. The straps hold the place so you can walk about if you wish. It doesn’t last long but it does last the time you need. I had a few. Every couple of hours as the freezer time is about four hours plus.

Tricia: Very pleased with these ice packs. I like the fabric side so I don't have to find and use a thin towel to keep the cold off my bare skin. The velcro straps can be made snug and secure. They are wide enough to allow for movement without having the pack at your ankles. The cold lasts about 30 minutes and then needs 4-6 hours to refreeze. That is why I purchased two. They are a bit bulky in the freezer but the nice storage bag helps keep them clean and well folded. I threw out all the old and assorted chill bags that were hoarding space in the freezer and will be using these instead.

AmberAmber: I purchased this about four months ago. After standing on my fee for a new job at 5+ hours at a time, the knee pain was becoming unbearable. I’m happy to state that I’m pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of this pack. First let me be clear that it hasn’t once caused me a skin burn. The pack has two different textures one that is smooth and the other covered with a barrier for more sensitive skin. The straps are well made and long enough to fit various sizes of legs. Finally, pricing was fantastic given how well it works/holds up. I will not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Noah: I got this after an ACL replacement and thought it might be a little dumb to get because it's only for so long. I could just keep making my own little rice packs. BUT,
The soft side of this makes it so I don't have to worry about getting the right thickness of fabric so I can feel the cold without it hurting more. My fiancé has also found he likes it for his head when he has headaches, because it folds well. It stays cold for longer than the papers that come with it say, but you could sleep with it on without worrying about it staying cold for too long. Being able to fold it while it's in the freezer is also great for saving space, unlike the ice pack my surgeon gave me. It collects some condensation on the plastic side, but not the soft side, so there's no worry about it wetting any incisions. I absolutely recommend it.

P.VickersP.Vickers: I saw reviews stating coldness doesn’t last long. If you need constant cold therapy maybe consider a machine. If you are wanting an ice pack for 15-30 minutes of treatment at a time, this will work well. You might find an ice back that stays cold longer but this is more than just an ice pack.

I got the black XL size. I wear XL clothing in women’s and this made it entirely around my knee post knee surgery. Pros: Flexible gel pad conforms around you, lined with soft fabric, long stretchy straps with good quality velcro, stays cold for 15-30 minutes enough for 1 treatment, minimal condensation, full 360 coverage makes treatment more effective, cost for value. Cons: Sometimes I do wish the cold would last longer but I don’t think that’s possible with any gel type ice back. Also treatments aren’t for hours at a time and this tells me when time is up. I will just get a 2nd one because frankly they aren’t expensive for the quality. I would not consider this a brace as implied but you can definitely walk around with it if you need to without interrupting your cold treatment session. Pictures included of fit and instructions.
