Michaels: Got two of these for after knee replacement care they last about 20 minutes fresh out of the freezer just rotate them and you’ll be ok I love that there is a softer side and for some reason it doesn’t feel as cold as the other side just remember don’t use them by your bare skin make sure there’s some thing in between you and this ice pack

KMil: This is a great knee wrap for the price point. Why the 4 out of 5 star rating? The XL size does not fully wrap around the knee as I had hoped, as there is a small gap in the back of the knee. Nevertheless, this knee wrap works well if you switch the front facing position to the back of the knee if there is an injury to ice. Highly recommend because the product appears to be of good quality construction.
