Amazon Customer: This is top quality! I just had major back surgery and this has been a God-send! It is so soft, comes in a nice resealable plastic bag to place it in, in the freezer. Velcros around the waist to hold it in place. Cools very quickly. I’ve already shown it to several friends who all plan to order it for themselves.

AshleyAshley: My husband has chronic back pain and this is by far the best ice pack we've bought for him. It freezes fast, stays cold a long time and is INSANELY cold. Idk how, but it's colder than any other one we own. He wears multiple layers and puts the ice pack on top and the cold still reaches his skin.
It's flexible around the body and can fit most people. I wear a XXL and it can still fit around my body.
Worth every penny!

inyyz: I stored this product in the freezer (not the refrigerator as suggested), and it just doesn’t get cold enough. I have tried applying the plastic side side directly on my back, and it is not cold enough. As a long time user of various ice packs, this item does not seem to have any therapeutic benefits. Disappointing, because I really hoped that this would help.

I like that it has a nice pouch to keep it in, so it doesn’t get a freezer odor. Because it’s larger than most cool packs, It’s just right for sore muscles in my lower back, Hope you like it also
