Nancy T: I actually liked it, but under the usual heating in the microwave conditions, it exploded after only 5 weeks of use. Which is not what I was expecting or hoping for. Of course, this was a week after the return window closed. But, their customer service is really good, they are quick to respond, and say they are sending me another right away.

Noah Campbell: **** seller issued a full refund****I used this twice and all of the beads are already falling out of it. Per their policy, I can not return or replace. Conclusion: waste of money.

M. T.: Love these ice packs. I use them all the time. However it seems beyond reason to package them in a cloth bag inside of another plastic bag inside the mailer. This just fills up the recycle bin and garbage. I am sure that this is some sort of marketing tool, but it really doesn't help. Please consider minimal packaging. This is the only reason I gave it a four-star. The product itself gets 5+ in my opinion.
