Lisch: Cela fait 2 ans que je n'ai plus acheté d'essuie-tout. Les feuilles sont douces et résistantes. Elles ont une petite épaisseur. A force de les laver, elles peuvent avoir quelques bouloches, et certaines tâches ne partent pas, mais cela convient tout à fait pour une utilisation personnelle. Pour d'éventuels invités, on prend une nouvelle feuille... Qui partira à la machine ensuite !

Brighid: Still in week one of using these, but so far I've cleaned up several messes and rinsed them clean! Honestly I'm likely going to use them more like a big sponge or dish towel that I don't care about and know can be composted later. They're very soft and absorbent, much thicker than a paper towel. If you're the sort that wants to compare to a big brand name paper towel (well, maybe just don't?) then remember to keep in mind how many paper towels you'd usually grab. One of these bamboo cloths goes a long way.

J. BrownJ. Brown: These are excellent replacements for paper kitchen towels - for many people, just not for us. I have often seen people use paper towels to wipe down sides, clean windows, mop up spills etc. These work for those uses very well. However, I have always used a cloth for those jobs anyway. I only use paper towels for absorbing grease when cooking, or mopping up cat sick! These are not suitable for those tasks. Too fluffy for food use and although I care about the environment, I am not washing out chewed up mice guts.

I am using them as general house cleaning cloths & they are lovely. But I won't need to buy them again.

Very, very soft. Really beautiful to feel. Minimal packaging. Excellent product, just not right for me.

People are saying that waste is not good for the environment.
So looking at that, I went online to see what I could find.
I saw these things about bamboo paper. Here is my review.
Absorbency
These look like paper towels or napkins .... And they are.... but much much better.
Absorbency very good, I put some water, diet coke, tea, coffee and milk on the table..... and they soaked it up.
They are good for napkins unless you got a beard.... After the third or fourth time of washing it it's starts stick fibres on your beard.
Softness

When you touch it, it’s feels like a piece of cloth, but, is very very soft. The fact that it is a plant based product you wouldn't know it. Out of 10 I would give it 9.
But after you wash it then it’s about 7ish.

Value for money

For £10 it is value for money. I’ve used these as my napkins and I put about 12 in my napkin holder. I’m still using the first 6 for a month.
They say that 1 rolls is like 6 paper towel rolls, I think 12 paper towel.

N. George: These are a very sturdy towel let me start off my saying that. I was impressed by how strong they are.

When you get them wet they feel like they are going to tear apart but they don't. I used one sheet to scrub my stove that hadn't been cleaned in several days due to life. It was kind of gross. I washed it out with soap and dove back in scrubbing off some hard stuck on spots, cleaning the top, sides and oven from. I will say after that one use (a paper towel would have tied ine forth a way through the top alone) that perticular towel was unuseable...but it cleaned the whole stove/oven even with the stuck on grossness and icky sides.

The rest so far have been used to clean the counters, wipe up spills the norm. I used some to clean windows and the bathroom mirror. So they are great in that regards.

Down fall they would never survive a wash through the washer. They do say hand wash only and I agree. Each hand wash I do makes them weaker. I maybe get five washes before I have 5 washes before I have to chuck it.

The other test is when I used it to help season my cast iron for it's maintance seasoning it didn't like the warm oil and it sort of breaks up...
