Amazon Customer: We have 3 stray cats that we feed so I set this house up and placed it in our back yard. I also bought a self heating pad to put inside since I live in Staten Island NY and it's starting to get cold at night. I'm not sure which one is sleeping in it but every morning the bowl of food I place in it is gone. Somebody is keeping warm! The only drawback is the door that comes with it. It's pretty flimsy but other than that I think it's great!

Martin: This was supposed to keep the inside dry. The wooden feet soaked up the moisture making the bottom board wet.

Pvla: Product details indicate a heating pad is included with the purchase, and the pad is listed in the assembly instructions. The heating pad was not in the box and it appears to be an additional cost.
