Esmeralda Maribel Santos: I used this as a second layer substrate on top of a sand mat layer for my Bearded Dragon's terrarium. He seems to like it, it gives him something to dig into a little bit when he's walking along the bottom. There's some controversy over whether or not sand is safe for Bearded Dragon's because of consumption. However if you keep an eye on your beardie or take him or her outside of the terrarium for feeding, it's not a huge issue.
