michelle: Where this hard hat is comfortable and light weight it is not built to last for linger than a few months. I've bought several of these clips and out of nowhere they just break apart. On my 3rd one now and another piece just fell off. Don't waste your money.

Steve_o19: I do not know if I just have a weird shaped head or manufacture quality, but I have broken 2 head bands in less than 1 year. the first one 2 suspension supports broke off and the 2nd the rivet for the adjustable ratchet rusted through. Also so far both flex cushion (grey piece) on the ratcheting part that rest against your head both snapped off within weeks of use. they other real pain in the butt and very annoying is the sweat band. Lift does not sell replacements sweat bands, they do not tell you how to clean it, and if you try to remove it when it is dry the loops will rip making the sweat band useless. also with their odd suspension styling most replacement sweat bands will not fit. so just be warned of the Lift down falls with their suspension system.
