Doug C.: I gave the product a 4-star review because there was some difficulty inserting the new battery into the battery compartment of the mower. I charged the battery for 24 hours prior to use and it worked just like the original. I have no idea how this battery will last in terms of longevity, but my original factory battery lasted for 7 years, and was only guaranteed for three. Hopefully this will last as long.

Tilton NH: I purchasedlast summer but never got a chance to use it (had use of a ride-on mower temporarily). When I went to use it this year it only charged to 5+ volts. When I contacted Mighty Max they immediately sent me a new, fully charged battery!
