Amazon Customer: I have just got it and it looks well built. I am going to leave here some PROs and CONs:

Pros:
- It works well, the high air intensity squeezes my feet very firmly, which is good, but it might be too much for some;
- If I use the high air intensity I can use it while lying down, which is a bonus, although the product wasn't really made for this mode;
- My shoe size is 10/10.5 US, it fits well, very comfortable;
- Amazon service was amazing as always, it got here in New Zealand only 5 days after the purchase.

Cons:
- I have seen some reviews online and thought this unit would come with the remote control, but it doesn't. When you are relaxing the last thing you want to do is bend down and access the controls, that is a deal breaker for me and the reason why I am returning it.
- The air intensity control could be more flexible, the LOW setting is nothing, the MEDIUM setting is almost nothing and the HIGH setting is EVERYTHING! Seriously, it could have a rotary knob or some intermediate levels between MEDIUM and HIGH.
- It is a little bit noisier than I expected;

Deepti: The media could not be loaded.  The machine is better than most of the other foot massaging machines that I have come across. The only improvement I would suggest is to have one level between the medium and the high. The high one is too intense and I cannot tolerate it for too long and the medium one could have been a little more stronger. It would have been perfect but maybe it’s perfect for someone else’s foot size! All in all it’s a good purchase.

maria jesus: Tengo fascitis plantar en ambos pies, no nos engañemos, la fascitis no te la quita, pero si es cierto que cuando tengo dolor y lo uso ,el dolor desaparece aunque al otro día vuelvas a tener dolor, yo lo pongo al máximo de todo, masaje, calor, tiempo. Calor da poco pero supongo que depende del gusto de cada uno, el tiempo tiene dos opciones de 15 min o 30 min, para mi 15 min es poco, no da tiempo a relajar los pies y con respecto a la dureza del masaje y la presión los tengo en L ,el más intenso, al principio el masaje es un poco doloroso pero al par de minutos de haber empezado deja de serlo y te deja los pies como nuevos. ¿ Recomiendo su compra? Sí, merece la pena, tan solo como pega es que es un poco grande y ocupa algo de espacio.

West Texas: This unit can accommodate feet up to a men’s size 12 (US) which is perfect for my size 11 ½ feet.

All of the buttons are touch sensitive. Meaning you don’t have to push them, just touch them and they respond. Pushing them actually causes NO response from the buttons. There is no remote to lose and it’s not needed.

The first time I used it, I didn’t notice any heat at all, but then I realized the delivered package had been sitting out on my front porch for hours soaking up the West Texas sun. I didn’t feel the unit generate any heat because the whole thing was already warm. Sadly, once the unit cooled off I tried again and found the heating function to be very minimal. I only started to feel some heat two thirds through the fifteen minute cycle and it wasn’t readily noticeable. My feet could just as well have warmed up just by being stuffed inside the unit. I was able to verify that there had actually been heat by touching the bottom of my feet after the massage cycle and found the bottom of my feet to be warm. If you want to feel what little heat there is through the entire massage cycle then you should do as another reviewer mentioned. Run the unit...

A. HsiaoA. Hsiao: I decided to purchase this product because I had a great experience with my first RENPHO product (The Smart Scale) which is still going strong. I wanted something for me and my parents where it allows to wind down on a long day of walking or standing. What made me choose this foot massager compared to other brands is the design and looks of it. Since this is going to be in my living room, I wanted something that not only works well but also looks well. Lets start with the design of this product:

Design + Setup:
The foot massager size is best described as the size of a basketball. I would say it is slightly bigger than that with quite a bit of weight. What I enjoyed about it is the touch functions of the different intensity and tightness. This made it easy for me to change settings without needing to press down too hard. The product, overall, was not difficult to setup. It came with an adapter that runs from the massager to an outlet. Once, you plug both in then you are in business.

Usability:
