Lisa: This book is helpful because it really breaks things down to make it easier to do. Brief and to the point on each subject. I am a "list kind of person".

ClaireD: This is a lovely book to look at, with beautiful photography and some very aspirational ideas. Not sure how practical many of them would be without discarding most of our possessions, but there are some useful thoughts. It has made me much more keen to move away from cheap, throwaway, storage solutions, and more towards beautiful things that can be on display.

KSol: Originally I had only bought this book to use as decor on my shelf. I opened it to do a quick scan before I put it on the shelf and an hour went by... I couldn't put it down! This book is awesome! It has so many ideas and item recommendations, but the best part is, they recommend you try to find things at home before buying anything! And I love that it even has a list in there of items in your kitchen to throw out. I have such a hard time throwing things out so it's so much easier seeing a list and knowing it will be ok to not have 100 containers, etc.

Dani Crum: Have you ever wondered why you can’t get your home to feel as great as those places you go on vacation? This is the answer.
The book is chock full of great ideas and wonderful products from the super affordable to the insanely expensive and everywhere in between.
I’ve been going through this book for a few weeks and every day is just a little bit better, more relaxing, and beautiful than the one before. I work full time, but the time I spend at home has more value.
A must-have as both a read-through and a reference.
Btw, I bought both the hardcover and the electronic. Being able to go directly to websites from the kindle version is a huge time saver.

J. MACDONALD: I love this!
I am constantly on the look out for stylish storage solutions and having devoured this over the weekend I have already put some of the techniques into practice. Inspirational and effective and some new ideas I hadn't seen elsewhere. Nice clear (organised!) layout with a magaziney vibe. A few too many US stores mentioned for my liking, but enough websites and international shops mentioned so that you feel you can source most of the items or ideas recommended.

Lorna37: I just flipped through this book but was already inspired. I can't wait to sit down and actually get reading. It's wonderfully written and organized. Room by room and area by area. Sometimes we need a little visual aids and an inspirational nudge to get things organized. I am especially challenged having moved into a new open concept cottage from a sprawling Victorian home. It's harder than it sounds trying to make thinhs work in a newer home. Smaller rooms and space but I find this book would relate to either. Definitely a good buy. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get their house organized. Why wait for New Years resolutions...Do it NOW!

FestiveLady: Ideas are well but simply and briefly expressed, often with an illustration, and leaving plenty of clean white clear space around it. This means that not only do the ideas feel clean, fresh, clear and inspirational, but the presentation style helps you feel already on the way to being organised and uncluttered.
I've read numerous organisational and/or decluttering books and by now the basics have largely become habit. This book pleasantly reinforces those habits, has some additional tips, and is great to dip into for reminders. The pictures are lovely to look at, even just on their own.
It is written mainly for those in the U.S.A. Most of us in Britain don't have houses large enough for a laundry room, walk-in closet, or a basement, so you'll need to adapt by creating zones and putting items closer together! Also, in Britain remember that safety regulations ban electrical hair appliances etc. in the bathroom. The chapters giving addresses of internet shops or physical stockists are of very limited help (if you buy from those websites, allow extra for transatlantic shipping and H.M. customs charges) but it's easy enough to substitute with shops in Britain - a good...

Laura Jones: I'm a big fan of the Remodelista site and their first book, which I bought in hard copy and digital versions so that I could always have it handy during the gut-renovation of our house. It was indispensable -- inspirational and practical -- and I couldn't have survived the process without it, nor would our house have turned out half as well as it did. (NB, with the digital version you can park yourself in the index for hours and link directly to the most fantastic supplier/retailer websites.) When I saw that this new book was coming out I pre-ordered not one but two copies which arrived the other day just in time for me to get organised in our finished home, and after an initial thumb through have already found so many good ideas that I find myself inspired all over again. This is a gorgeous, thoughtful, compact (easy to carry around everywhere) book that is packed with ideas and gorgeous images and I'm so glad it's here.

Debberdo: I received this from a client. I am a professional organizer, one of the best books I’ve ever put my hands on and I’ve given it to future clients to have them tag the pages to get a feel for what division is it’s a really good book.
