vartika: Affordable pricing, would not recommend for chin and neck too painful ( not that handy as well)😅maybe am just not use it. Got a seperate one for face.

Robyn Boesl: The best I have tried for removing facial hair. I also use it for underarms and legs daily. Holds a charge for a long time. Over a year and I'm still happy with this product and have not felt the need yo look for another product.

Adam Laughton: This is the second epilator ive had. It's OK. It takes very many passes to get all the hair. Also, the epilator head is made of the flimsiest piece of plastic. Given that you have to squeeze the epilator head off to clean the epilator after every use, I can see this breaking very quickly. Planned obsolescence sucks...

Joanna: I’m Italian descent. So I was very hairy. Until I discovered epilators 20 years ago. Now I barely have hair on my body. And being an eoilady fanatic I bought all brands of various price points. And I find that Remington makes the best epilators. They grip the hair better and they’re faster. Also you’re paying for no frills. I love it. I don’t have hair on my forearms anymore and hardly any hair on my legs either. But I do have scars. But that’s because I have loose skin. So if you have loose skin hold your skin taught. Overall great product. I barely use it now because the little hair I do have left I’m treating with ipl laser. But if you’re looking for hair reduction this is the way to go. You just have to have a high pain tolerance. You can take a couple of Tylenols 15 minutes before you use it. Good luck!

Bev Morris: For the most part, I've figured out the best way to use this, but I'm still learning to give myself smooth legs. I bought this on the advice of my sister after I told I'd just had my underarms waxed but that having my legs waxed wasn't affordable for me. She owns a more expensive model that I didn't have the money in my budget for. I did a lot of research and chose this epilator. It worked really well on my underarms, which I'd had waxed about a month before, but it was very painful on my legs. I did a little research; one of the sites I went to suggested that I shave my legs and then try epilating a few days later, taking some ibuprofen about an hour before I start. My leg hair grows super-slow, though, so that didn't work out too well for me. I gave myself a three week break and tried again. My legs are still ever-so-slightly stubbly but less so than before, so I think I'm going to try using a month-long interval and extending my time if that doesn't work out. I'm confident that it will eventually work out for me, though that may require me waiting up to six weeks between epilation sessions.

One tip I want to give for someone new to epilation is to use jojoba oil to...

M.C.M.C.: With a different brand I could do this once and go for WEEKS without ANY hair regrowth, and it really only hurt the first time. This one, however, I can use it and have a thick growth days later, as if I had just manually shaved. It doesn't pluck well: a ton of breakage, no matter the length of the hair, and this results in a lot of pain each time--as though each time is my first, extremely painful time--as breaking is generally more painful than the actual plucking. It never gets better with this model.

Also, WARNING: There is a "cover", but it doesn't cover the rollers, and these rollers--no matter how lightly the epilator is pressed against your skin--cause friction burn and bleeding, while unfortunately, still not doing it's job.

This all results in pain. Pain while not actually doing any good. Not when you have to shave again manually days later after letting your armpits heal.

I'm just really glad I missed my return window so the raccoons at the landfill get the chance to enjoy it as much as I did.

SK: First off, this thing is really cheap feeling and behaves erratically at times. When I first got mine, I turned it on and tested it on my arm. It worked just fine; wasn't too noisy. Then I removed the white plastic bit over the epilator head (the angle cap?), put it back on and tried the epilator on my skin again. Now the epilator was a LOT noisier, was vibrating a lot more, and something didn't feel right... I kept turning the epilator off and on again, trying to figure out what the issue was.

It finally occurred to me that the motor inside the epilator might be stuck somehow. I must've snapped the epilator head on and off at least 20 times to correct the issue. What irked me was the epilator head didn't snap on correctly the first time I removed it. I had to keep removing it and putting it back on to correct the placement. And I don't know why the motor got stuck like that. There's no way so much hair got in that deep as I had barely touched the epilator to my arm before it started making that strange noise.

Just for that issue alone, I cannot rate this epilator any higher. Because if your epilator's motor gets stuck and you're not able to fix it, you're out of...

Chanelle McArthur: Maybe you're like me and dread shaving every week. Maybe you get a few whiskers on your upper lip. Maybe you don't have time to get threaded or waxed. Maybe you like a little torture in your life. If any of those sound like you, keep reading.

My husband showed me a Reddit thread about women shaving their face. I thought to myself "My god those poor women". Then he told me that many of them talked about epilating, particularly the peach fuzz on their face in order to get their makeup to stay better. As an avid makeup wearer, this intrigued me. Could I up my makeup game even MORE and finally get that perfectly smooth skin that only photo filters give you? I was sold, and bought this baby on Prime.

I read through the reviews about it being painful. Girl, I'm a redhead, I have a higher pain tolerance than most due to my genetics. I can handful most things. I've had my special area waxed before. This is nothing.

Fast forward a couple days, and my package arrives. It's so cute and pink and girly looking! I take my makeup off, and am preparing to do my face, legs, and armpits.

And that's where things take a dark turn.

I (stupidly) start with my armpits....

critique: Update:
I've left my previous below. It's been 2 years since I've been using this and the epilator's head unit has stopped rotating. The base unit will turn on, but when I attach the head, it runs slowly and unevenly, then it stops. There's a red light that comes on and I can hear a squealing sound like it's jammed. I've always cleaned it after each use and I know that it's not running because of the battery life. It runs when the head unit isn't attached. Sigh. Unfortunately, my warranty ran out a couple of months ago.

I can apparently purchase a new head unit for this epilator, but I'm on the fence about it now. The interchangeable guards are loose when they are on and the wide guard popped off a couple of times when it was in use. I thought this epilator would have lasted longer than 2 years. I always used it dry and I did like the results, but I will be looking for a corded epilator next time. I'm hoping they are built sturdier and last longer than a cordless model.

*Now the base unit alone will run for a few seconds before it stops woking. Sigh.

Old review:
Let me preface this review by stating that I have used epilators in the past and have pretty...
