Bella: I was all excited when I ran across this and I thought ah yeah simple, my prayers been answered. So I quickly ordered, patiently waited. Then finally they arrived. They come in this handy nifty little white leather pouch to store and carry the “tweezers” which I thought was a very nice touch. Nice job marketing!!!👏
Then I sat there for a solid 20 minutes trying to figure out how this thing works, cuz I’m stubborn and I always believe that I can figure things out on my own… no instructions needed for me! OUCH. Suddenly I must’ve done something right cuz the little twirly hair snatcher yanked about 2-3 at one time. My eyes were watering! I finally watched the video and figured out what I had done right, prepared myself for the second go around and found it to be easy peasy! And now it’s just a matter of seconds to do that pesky embarrassing upkeep. And every once in awhile I’ll still have the eye watering yankers but nothing will compare to that very first moment. 😁It’s so glamorous to be a female!!!

Kelsey Nickerson: I love this thing.

As a lady with some facial hair and scarring from excessive picking and tweezing, I wanted to find a product that removed the darker, thicker hairs with minimal damage to my skin. This thing is GREAT for this and I have had little to no irritation from near daily use.

The one downside is that if you have any obsessive picking tendencies it will be tough to put down. But because it just glides across hairless skin, it shouldn’t do any major damage.

tortoisegirl: Quicker than tweezing, avoids the redness of waxing, and avoids the stubble of shaving. It's perfect for peach fuzz facial hair, especially on the chin and jawline. Relatively easy to get a hang of it, and best of all, a very low chance of injury.

Main drawback is it doesn't seem to pick up the short hairs, although that seemed to yield a more natural look (rather than being completely devoid of facial hair). Due to that I had more trouble with the upper lip, needing more passes. But I mostly got this for longer jawline hairs.

MS: Pros: this product is so easy to travel with and store. I love the concept and ease of use. I clean it before and after each use with soap and water or use alcohol pads to disinfect it since my skin is sensitive. It does a good job of removing hair but takes a few tries. I keep it in my travel bag for emergencies or times I don’t have a thread or wax.

Cons: although it’s and easy to use and travel with, I find that my skin gets pretty irritated despite disinfecting it to the best of my ability. The issue is that it takes multiple tries to remove all of the hair and sometimes the spring catches skin in addition the the hair so when you turn it the skin also gets scraped off. As I use retinol, my skin is already thin so this isn’t ideal for me. I do still use it when traveling or emergencies but it just isn’t my go to method.

Overall I do like this product and think it’s worth trying if you don’t have sensitive skin!

Cancan: This little device does a great job…mostly. It does the best on cheek area and above and under lip. Doesn’t do great on the chin due to the angle. It is harder to grab a targeted hair in that area. There is some discomfort to using this device, but if you are used to threading the discomfort level is comparable. It is also difficult to get hair above and to side of brow. Definitely wouldn’t use it on the brow as it would be easy to get untargeted hairs. Overall, it gets the job done to clean things up between threading appointments.

Mina Esse: I like this for fine hair. If you have thicker chin hair you need a tweezer. I took me awhile to get it to work but I am a pro now.

Angie: It didn't take me long playing with it to get it to work great. I have a lot of facial hair and it works as stated. I am very fair skinned and 54 and I had no skin reaction. You have to rotate the tips (as stated in the instruction download) to get it to pull thicker hairs and I found that leaving slack so it formed to my face helped too. Great purchase.

Amazon Customer: 1. Yes, it's going to hurt to use it. You're delusional if you think that something that pulls out hair isn't going to hurt. That being said, it's no worse than using tweezers and less painful than waxing since the surrounding skin isn't effected.
2. Don't expect it to get everything in a few rolls. I made the mistake of assuming this and have been disappointed again and again. It pulls out maybe three hairs at once and that's if you're lucky.

On the whole, I really wanted to love this tool but it's only marginally better than using tweezers. It's certainly not the time saver I was hoping for because I have to go back over again and again at slightly different angles to clear the same small area. I have very fair skin and dark, coarse facial hair that I was expecting would be the ideal texture to benefit from a tool like this.

The cost is low enough that I'm not upset that I tried it and I'll hang onto it. It just wasn't the godsend I was hoping for.

Anon: This product has honestly changed my life.
Due to a hormone imbalance for the last 8-10 years I have been shaving my facial hair once, twice sometimes 3 times a day.
I have tried all sorts of treatments from privately paid for electrolysis, to NHS hospital laser treatment, light treatment not to mention various medications. This is not the normal pale soft moustache hair I am talking about coarse often dark stubble a male model would be proud of.

Unless you experience this yourself you will never know how it feels for a woman to have to do this.

I used to love my husband stroking my face but have spent years now squirming away from him if he did this first thing in the morning or if I wasn't sure if there had been any growth during the day I had not had chance to deal with. I would not go anywhere without a disposable razor including smuggling them onto long haul flights - seriously there are adolescent boys who'd kill for this facial hair growth.

This product is far from painless (as alleged by someone with clearly no facial nerves) and takes some getting used to. I spent about 2 hours for the first couple of days fiddling with it when watching the TV...
