I got this for my husband who had poor circulation in both legs and feet. He also has edema. Because he put this on the floor and massage his feet, he loves it. I was in pain from planters fasciitis. I used this. It hurt really bad at first but no wear near the planter fasciitis pain. Hurt so good I suppose. I rolled my feet on this every night for a week and the pain became less and less. I’ve given them away to other planter fasciitis sufferers.

I like it, but my massage therapist (who has cured my foot/heel pain) told me it's actually really bad for plantar fasciitis. Regardless, i use it on my neck, calf, and any little place i'm sore. so, still a good product! One little problem... the rubber bands on the ends come off easily and you have to put them back on.
