Margie: Very disappointed in this gel pack. It cost more than others, but purchased it because it had straps so I'd be able to move around while having the therapeutic benefits of an icepack. Having multiple herniated discs in my back, I have been using ice packs for relief for the past 5 years. I have several types of gel packs, some better than others, but this one was at the bottom of my list to use because it didn't cool as well as most of my other gel packs. But
the worst part, it started leaking gel out the side after just a few months. I have two others I still use daily that I got when I had shoulder surgery in 2008 and they're still in good shape. Unfortunately it was past the return window, so I basically spent the money for nothing.

Kristy Gloer: I love the soft fabric on one side, super soft. Comes with a plastic Ziploc bag to put it in the freezer, keeps it clean and from absorbing oders from the freezer. Nice size.

Andrea Infante: I’m in a Facebook group for back issues and someone suggested this wrap ice product. I just got it a few days ago and it’s my heaven! It’s easy to wear and adjust and not heavy! Thinking of getting another one to wrap my hips at the same time.

Usernamehere: I can already tell by the weight of this, it's going to work great. I put it on before I put it in the freezer and it hit such a large area(over the shoulder from right shoulder to lower left shoulder). I've had issues with the old one I had not staying in place due to no straps. I can't wait for it to freeze and try it out. 34 year old with multiple back issues such as compression fractures and a hunch due to bad posture and multiple car accidents. So my muscles have became accustomed to being in the wrong position for lots of years. I am only going to give it 4 stars until I actually try it on frozen. Just to be fair.

David Barclay: The only thing I didn’t realize is that has a fabric side so it will get stained and marked if you don’t put it in a bag before putting it in the freezer.

Amanda: This is perfect! I need something that could wrap around my calf after emergency surgery for a blood clot. I'm gonna only say, lay it flat in the freezer because it's stiff and the edges can poke you until they thaw. Used error not the product. But I will give a mega thumbs down to the plastic bag that you're supposed to stick it in every time you freeze it it ripped the day I was taking it out of the bag and you're supposed to put it in the bag every single time that it goes in the freezer. So when it's not a big enough bag two can't really lay it flat completely and the material is cheesy. So just freeze like normal but lay it flat so it's easier for wherever you're needing to use it on your body. But fantastic purchase
