Customer service is poor … ordered this Sept 14 it is now 1 month later and still no unit
I have contacted them 3 times for a refund. They don’t want to give a refund but instead they SAID they will ship another one.
The wait continues …

It’s a deep massage so be ready for that. The rollers really dig in and manipulate the muscles and joints. So a little uncomfortable at times. Exactly what I was looking for.
Only dislike is that the cloth inserts don’t come out for cleaning so suggest wearing thin socks to keep it clean. Spray with disinfectant. Designer really should of thought about hygiene with multiple users.

The TruMedic Foot Massager was highly recommended to me by a classmate who has a sedentary job. I know sedentary habits are leading me to poor circulation.
Although the foot placement socket just barely fits my 10 1/2 XXX Wide feet, the result is amazing. The Shiatsu Massage appears to get my circulation going in the morning making the morning heaviness feeling disappear. It also massages all foot pressure points which, for me, produces total body pain relief. Easy to operate, instructions are clear, with warning emphasis to start with "LOW INTENSITY". I have used the the TruMedic Shiatsu neck and back massager for many years with great success with muscle relief also. So, I know the TruMedic products are durable and reliable. Another plus fo this senior is the easy to reach controls on the machine. No hunting for a remote control!

Works great, when i can get my friends feet out of it!! I do wish it worked the arches of feet more. It is solid on heels and front pad. My 70 yr old mom says its too strong on softest setting.
One warning- a friend gave me and i learned the hard way. Start off with five minutes and work your way up. It feels so good But if you leave your feet in for 30 minutes first time you will have Really sore feet next couple of days. Heed this warning but enjoy.
Regarding the photo. Yes, I like to kick back and lift my feet up once its on. Once it's on, its on!

My husband needed a powerful foot massager such as this one. Unfortunately, he stated that having to sit at a certain angle while his feet were inserted caused back pain. The massage was too strong for my skinny feet.
