Kaur: Pros: light weight and good price. Should be ok for young folks or for budget friendly gift option.
Cons: if feet are long, the rotating motion does not touch the toes. I tried on someone who wears size 10 shoes. He has neuropathy on his toes (nerve pain) so he didn’t even feel relaxation in that area. The cord is not long enough for me. It should be long so the person can sit at their favorite spot (to some extent) for a relaxing experience. There is only one setting. Also that it does not have anything to grip when carrying, can easily slip or fall out of hands especially for weak grips of most elderly folks. Should have one with remote, it’s not convenient or safe for elderly folks to bend down to start/stop.

Sarthak Bhargava: I live in India and bought this product in Aug'18 (Seller: NYCraze). Product suddenly stopped working after 3-4 times of use. After contacting the manufacturer (Homedics) for warranty (expected a 2 year limited warranty) but they denied saying they do not provide warranty support if the product is purchased from 3rd party seller or it is purchased out of US. I even contacted NYCraze (A US based seller) but their response was also negative.

I asked the manufacturer about any service center in India so I could get it repaired but to my surprise they said there is no service center and no repairing is possible. They could only replace if the product was under warranty. I feel helpless now as I feel my 10k has gone waste. Please ask the manufacturer/seller about warranty terms and conditions clearly before buying!

信: 足を骨折した大阪に独居する80歳の姉にリハビリの道具として私はこの商品をプレゼントし、たいへん喜ばれました。私自身は77歳でカナダに半世紀以上住み　この商品の古いモデルFM−CRをかれこれ10年間に亘って毎日愛用し続けています。つまり耐用性は抜群です。ゆえにHoMedics社の商品には信頼性があると認識しているのです。老人は脚の血流が悪くなって　さまざまな病気になりやすいので　これを使って血流促進の効果があると信じています。足の親指でスイッチをスタート・ストップができるのも老人には都合がよいかもしれません。
ただしこの商品は米国発送ですから電気のコンセントは米国標準のもので「差し込み」の二つのピンの大きさが異なります。比較的新しい日本家屋はこの米国標準のコンセントが装備されているようですが　築50年などという家屋のコンセントは二つのピンのサイズが同じですから　ちょっと細工をしないと差し込めません。

Pikato: I have very bad feet pains from standing at work, walking across campus, and just standing up for long periods of time in general. I tried everything that I could, previous to buying this machine (having my bro kkmassage my feet, rolling massage balls, golf balls, sole inserts, higher quality shoes, etc). Everything that I tried helped me, but it didn't help as much. So I bought this foot massager from amazon, hoping that it would be worth the 60 bucks I was spending. When I got it, it looked like it would work. I tried it out as soon as I opened the box. It felt great. I didn't need to apply pressure since my feet are not that sensitive. I started feeling the painful spots that the massager was hitting. I did notice that the massager was getting all the painful spots, so I did have to move my feet around on the machine so that the kneads would hit the smaller painful spots. After a week of using this, the aching pain I have from standing up a lot is still there, but it isn't as painful, and it's not lasting as long as it use to.

My roommates tried out this machine, but both said it tickled their feet too much.

BK: Ohhh, thank you thank you Homedics. I was all set to drop big money on a different model but based on the reviews, I decided to go with this model instead. Turns out to be a good choice. After 10 years in a office job, my feet were just not up to the 12 hours now spent on concrete, in steel toe boots. I was in such pain that I was ready to quit my new job!!

Now my routine is to soak my feet in a hot water bath with Epson salt for 10 to15 minutes, and then a relaxing half hour on the foot massager. The unit has three plastic rotating circles, and they are unforgiving if you do it wrong. How I use this, is while sitting in my favorite lounger, I use a pillow under my legs to take the wait of my feet off the unit itself. This makes all the difference from receiving a painful massage that does not help your feet, to a relaxing massage that really works. It also allows me to massage all different parts on my feet. The heat feature is warm not hot, it really does the trick.

The unit itself is fairly quite and would be acceptable in a office environment, if that's your intended use.

I say go for it, you wont be disappointed.

Evildead11: I bought this item for my wife because she is always complaining about her feet hurting her after teaching class all day. She loves it. She couples the foot massager with a back massager that I bought her and she says she feels like she's at the spa! I tried it a few times and it seemed to tickle my feet at first - it took a little getting used to (I think everyone is different in this regard). However, after 5 or 10 minutes of this machine working, I noticed that my feet felt great when I was finished. For the price I paid for this massager, my wife and I are both quite satisfied. I've had it for only a couple of weeks now, but it's been used every day and is going strong - no quality problems to speak of. I'm sure there are other massagers out there that are better, but if paying $200+ for a foot massager gives you heartburn as it would me, I'd recommend picking this item up.
