nWo4Life: The only thing negative is how thick this thing is once you wrap it around yourself. It is not comfortable to try and lay down with this strapped on, because it is thick. Best used in a recliner or seated, or when laying down, just lay the heating pad over the area you want to heat and dont feel obligated to strap it on.

Edgar Peralta: Excelente producto, lo he probado y funciona exactamente como lo indica, el tipo de masaje es por vibraciones y ondas de calor por lo que si eres de esas personas que esperas un masaje muy profundo este no es tu producto. Yo trabajo mucho tiempo sentado por lo que el dolor de espalda es común, al usar el producto durante el tiempo recomendado he visto que este disminuye. El tamaño es optimo y los materiales son de buena calidad, es muy suave.

Robin: I bought this to use for the dreaded lady cramps, and it works wonders! The vibration and heat combination do magic on tense muscles, whether they be in the front or back of your person.
It's quite a bit thicker than I expected - though I can't complain, as it's got what feels like memory foam inside, so you don't feel the little motors working.
The heat has two settings, the high setting is amazing for cramps, but almost too hot for my back. The low setting is nice if you just want that 'cozy' feeling and not a lot of direct heat.

If I had to offer critique, the velcro closure is quite bulky and cumbersome, especially if you're using the extender it comes with. It's not a big deal when you're lying down, just relaxing, waiting for your pain to go away, but if you want to move around or sit up, it's kinda chunky and in the way.

I bought this for my gurgling guts and occasional cramps, mainly, but I also had some aches that I thought could benefit from some heat and good vibrations. I tried it on my gut first and tested the different settings. The vibration intensities are not all that different, so I’ll probably just use II. I wish the vibration had a constant setting, but it does not. It isn’t silent, you probably cannot sleep through the vibration, but you can watch TV/listen to music/have a conversation without the need to get loud. The heat is decent. It won’t cook an egg, but I’d equate the intensity to wrapping your hands around a mug of hot cocoa/tea.

Jesse C.: Overall, this seems to be a well-made product. The plush cover is super soft, and feels nice even against bare skin. The waist belt fits nicely (although it's maybe a bit larger around the stomach than it needs to be). (It's also a bit larger than it seems to be in the pictures it's photoshopped into.)
I would give it five stars, but there are a few features that could be improved: (1) I wish it would get a bit hotter, because there are times I can't really tell that it's on (2) There isn't a "constant" massage mode. The vibration is only in various patterns, which I find distracting when I'm trying to work. (3) The auto-shutoff time is a bit too short.
Overall, though, I'm highly satisfied with this product and would recommend it.
