B. Chase: Bought two of these to hang in my sacred tree - honestly, this is some of the best money I've spent on Amazon. They came fully assembled, easy to hang. I bought tree-safe straps and two carabiners so I can easily take them down in windy weather, as they do form sails, lol. I've left them out there in the rain (I'm in Vermont and it's rainier here than much of the country) for a month or so now, and they haven't acquired any smell or signs of mildew, though I do store the cushions in the shed. Highly recommend.

BaileyBay: Product was what I was looking for to replace an older version I had. The old kind were padded this is not though it comes with pads. I used the swing without the pads just as a large swath of fabric and it was fine if I sat with my whole body in it however when I let my legs hangout like a normal chair it dug in a bit in my thighs.

jjifwoihoijjifwoihoi: The media could not be loaded. 'm not small. I'm around 240 lbs. I bought this for the kids but after a few weeks, decided to try it myself. I feel comfortable sitting in this hammock swing. I spend around 30 min in this chair most days before the rest of the family gets up. It feels very sturdy and it's a great place to relax and meditate. Even at my weight, the bar does not bend and the ropes have not frayed.
It was an easy install for outdoor use with some heavy-duty swing attachments purchased at Home Depot for $15. I haven’t had it for long so I can’t speak to how it’ll hold up over time, but it seems to be made of high-quality materials. I’m planning to bring it inside when not in use to protect from the elements just to be safe.
