Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I bought this product in July 2022. Worked great for a few months during summer. Put it away as described during winter. When using it for the 2nd summer the motor/pump doesn’t work. Customer service does not help. They do not elevate calls. Management do not respond to emails. The parts necessary to fix my unit are out of stock with no eta but they are willing to sell you a whole new power unit for 50% cost of a new unit. No resolution from Amazon or the manufacturer. Don’t waste your $ because you’ll be only be able to use it 1 season.

Anniemartis: We purchased and set up this hot tub 4 months ago. I was waiting to give a time to write the review.
PROS
The hot tub is easy to set up, we added extra stress pads underneath for comfort, and it went right up to 104° within 24 hours.
We have the 6 person which fits 4 people, easily and comfortably, we understood that before we made the purchase, because we measured at an area and tried it out.
Comes with all the supplies necessary, tester, kit, cup holder, pump filters, light etc. to have the hot tub function properly.
The seller was great, the first hot tub we received had an air leak. We had to fill it up with air almost every other day, we poured soapy water around where the air valve is, and it made big bubbles. We called Amazon, and wrote to the seller. The seller sent us a another whole hot tub kit and caboodle, and told us not to return the other one. This was fantastic customer service from the seller. The second one has no leak, and now we have spare parts.
The Jets are not that strong, but give a comfortable massage. We knew that through the research before we purchased it however, it is nice to have a hot soak and a soft massage. I have arthritis and...

Helena SpringsHelena Springs: We've just finished our second season with this unit, having bought it in May 2020. We weren't sure if we were 'hot tub people' or not so saw this as a great way to try it out without the big investment of a more permanent unit. We love it! Hold 4 adults comfortably. Love the light that comes with it - the head rests we haven't used at all.
A little bit of maintenance to make sure the water's good - but it's manageable. Change the filters weekly - and monitor the waters chemistry: we use the SPA STAR app and it tells exactly what's needed for healthy water.

VTPete: During 2020 and 2021 hot tubs have been very difficult to find and purchase. I decided on this six person model as a way to determine if I would use a hot tub enough to justify purchasing a more expensive solid model. I have an outdoor screened in porch, so finding a safe location was easy.

The hot tub is indeed easy to set up. I have had no problems with either the tub or the cover losing air, but I was also careful not to over-inflate either. The connections were solid and easy to make.

This is an enjoyable hot tub. The maximum temperature (104f) is too hot for my taste, but it's nice to see it will get that hot! Everything works as you would expect and I have not had the impeller (pump) cause me any troubles after a couple of months of almost continuous filter running. And that's one of two primary issues that make this unit not get five stars...
The filtering system is woefully inadequate. Because the pump is of such low power and volume, there is not enough gallons per minute going through the filter to have a significant impact on the water clarity. I have to keep the pump going 24 hours a day just to keep the water clear. And yes, the chemistry is perfect...

Greg A: Ordered this to try and help ease the fact there's no vacation this year due to Covid. Very surprised it was delivered a week early! Setup was fast and easy. I used another reviewers advice and put some R5 insulation sheets under the hot tub and traced around the sheet that came with the unit. Filled up in a few hours and heated up in less than 2 days in our chilly Canadian March.
Super pleased with it so far, and have been in it most evenings.
Have not tried the pillows yet, nor the drink holder we ordered separately. We did order the Intex seats but haven't received them yet.
Pool store near my home recommended liquid chlorine as it's not as smelly as the pucks or granules.
Loving this so far. Will check back in a month for status update.
