Amazon Customer: Product works pretty good. It is a bit bulky and cumbersome. Picture is a bit mis-leading because it looks like the controls are wireless but it is not. It is all connected with big thick wires. It has heat but I can't say that I've even noticed it being hot on either setting. I found it helps with restless legs and muscle pain. It is basically air pockets that fill up with different degrees of pressure depending on the settings. Its not quit like the leg massagers at the hospital or massage places but for $60ish dollars it works ok. If you sit for long periods of time and your ankles and feet swell this does work well but so do a pair of compression socks.

pal: Promete que se calentará pero no funciona esa característica. Las compresas sí funcionan y es todo, no te da masaje como lo menciona. Solo se inflan y desinflan (pude que favorezca la circulación pero no lo recomendaría), si usted espera un masaje no lo conseguirá con este aparato.

Tona: My boyfriend has restless leg symptoms many nights a week & it really interferes with his sleep - I was desperate for something that could help. We’ve tried all kinds of capsaicin lotions, hot water foot baths, heating pads, etc etc....
On a hunch, I thought perhaps this could work, and it definitely does! The heat is pretty gentle, so he still uses a heating pad on his feet and wears thick socks, and he uses the leg massager for 2-3 cycles, as needed. He’s found that he needs to use the highest intensity, with mode 3, to get the most relief.
The product is very very good quality - I would compare it to the leg massagers you would encounter in hospitals, if you have to stay in a prone position for several hours or overnight after surgery. The directions say to make the leg sleeves loose enough to allow for an inch or so of free space, and we’ve found it to be about right - too tight and it’s uncomfortable.
The massage is very strong - I can only handle the L intensity, myself. The H intensity is very intense, which is probably why it helps with my boyfriend’s leg symptoms.

MikoMiko: I work in healthcare where I’m on my feet working 10 hour shifts, so this is something that I was really excited to try out to see how it would help me recover from standing all day. This was pretty easy to assemble and easy to use. The cuffs has a LEFT (L) and RIGHT (R), make sure you put it on correctly. It has three air pressure intensity, three massage modes, and the heat can be turned on or off. I found that air pressure 1 or 2 is comfortable, air pressure 3 was too much for me, so be careful because you do want that much pressure on your blood vessels. If you feel it’s too much pressure, turn off the power and unplug the air tube from the controller to release all the air from the cuffs. Definitely put on the cuffs firmly so they stay on, but not too tight. Start on the lowest setting first.
The massage settings are very comfortable and relaxing. The heat is a nice gentle heat, not too hot. I would recommend this, my legs felt better afterwards and I feel like my blood circulation around my legs improved right after use.

And with work schedules and travel obligations, it’s not always easy to find common time to be able to give massages to each other.

We purchased the Renpho Massager Machine with Heat with hopes that we could massage tired muscles in our legs and feet at our individual convenience. And does this product deliver!
We’ve used it on our feet, lower legs and upper arms. The wrap-around sleeves might be a little too small to fit on large thighs and we’ve not even tried that. The added heat feature is a great accompaniment to the massage feature.

The wrap-around sleeves work just like a blood-pressure cuff but the air is pumped into different parts of the sleeves rather than everywhere all at once. Basically, this lets the pressure shift up or down the sleeve which feels great. They’re easy to put on your arms or legs, easy to adjust, and the noise from the remote (which is also the air pump) is very minimal. We actually use it a lot while watching TV....

Michael S: I decided to research products for dealing with sore leg muscles not only for calves, but also for tight hamstrings. I am an avid whitewater kayaker for the past three years, run 5Ks and workout at home with my Peloton bike. With all those activities, I put a lot of strain on my legs and aside from stretching, needed something more. I have used a runner’s stick and foam roller for stretching but needed something more intense muscle recovery massaging, especially being tightly seated in my kayak for long durations. I decided to get this b/c I can put them while watching tv and not have to also do "work" like I would with a massager.

After using for about a week now, I am very satisfied with my purchase. It's great how the massaging works by the air inflation within the sleeves intermittently in various areas depending on the selection you make. You can also adjust the pressure so it's never too tight like a blood pressure cuff does. I have used them both on the top and bottom part of my legs and the sleeves easily went on and quick to velcro tightly.
