I got this for a nagging plantar fasciitis issue that wouldn't go away. I've tried the pointy plastic balls, the heel stretchers, and even a percussion massager. The percussion massager worked best, but wasn't something I could do for long periods of time.
In and of itself it's kind of meh. The warming effect is eh and the rotating knobs don't seem to get deep into my muscle tissue. But the effect of running it for hours at a time does help loosen the tendon. The relief isn't immediate or obvious, but you feel it when you try walking after using this for an extended period. I will continue to use this as a passive treatment along with the more active ones and hope it keeps me out of the orthopedist's office.

OMGOSH!!! So relaxing. I couldn’t live without it I a, so addicted to this foot massager. I like the fact that it has two different size rolling balls my old one had only one size and this really works much better. Love the heat as well.
The only think I wish was it was on a 30 minute timer rather than 15 minutes but it’s not a big deal you just have to tap your toe I the buttons again and you’re ready to go for another 15.

In an effort to help others with plantar fasciitis, let me tell you what worked for me after 8 months of PF, 2 dr visits and 4 weeks of PT -- it wasn't the dr and PT, although my physical therapist did help. PT had me do ankle pumps (30 when I wake up each morning) and eccentric calf raises every other night 3 x 12 with an aerobic stepper (KLB Sport 27" Adjustable Exercise Equipment Step Platform). Every other night 3 x 12 x 2 of the first two exercises with this ProStretch Calf Stretcher and Foot Rocker (The Original). I continue to do all of these every other night. While conti8nuing that I have used a let's try everything approach to end this ASAP. While the exercises have helped what really put me from 70% better to 95% was the following:
Plantar Fasciitis Posterior Night Splint (MARS Wellness) -- much better than an earlier one I had tried from Futuro. This looks big and bulky but actually is more comfortable at night. The futuro also made parts of my foot go numb.

This is probably the best bang for your buck foot massager out there. I considered going with a more expensive model but this one's reviews convinced me to try it out.
It is wonderful after a long day on the golf course (I play 4-5 times a week, and always walk, never a golf cart). I have severe plantar fasciitis in my left foot and I can position it so it rotates right around the pain point (right on the nerve is a little too much). 10-15 minutes a day and my feet are much happier.
It's 4 stars because it's a fantastic foot massager at a very reasonable price. It feels very sturdy and well-built. However, the heat function only works on the high-speed setting. So it's either high-speed with heat or low-speed without heat. If there was a low-speed with heat setting, that'd make it a 5-star unit. My feet can't take the high speed for very long; I prefer the low speed for a longer duration. But I'd love to have the heat as an option at the low-speed.
