Regal Beloit High-Performance Carrier Condenser Motor

A. Khan: My upstairs AC stopped blowing cold air, I immediately checked the capacitor and even replaced it to no avail. Since I could hear the fan buzzing but not spinning I decided to replace the fan motor next. The motor is the same exact model I had, when looking at it I was a little worried, the shaft looked a bit thinner but once I had the fan blades off and on the new shaft, everything fit well. Unlike some generic motors the direction is set and the water vent is already unplugged. I’ve had no issues so far, the fan is stable and doesn’t vibrate, and the motor works well. I will update if there are any issues in the future.
