Vincent Gillen: Though a couple of inches longer than the filter it replaced, the function is the same. I expect it to last 3 to 4 months as I drink a lot of filtered water through the refrigerator door. so far do good.

Joe: I hate wasting money for brand names, so if I got these as an alternative for my Samsung refrigerator filters. I was worried about the water flavor and how effective these would be, but I have to say I'm surprised by how good they are. No issues with the taste of the water. They work great in my Samsung fridge and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a more affordable option.

MattDat: Look, filters are a "black box" item. Unless you work in a lab, you need to trust the manufacturer is telling you they are working the way they should. These filters were exactly the same dimensions as the original, fit right in and appear to work perfectly. Output is clear, fast running water at 1/3 the cost of one, OEM filter.
I've used WaterDrop in 3 refrigerators and recommend them.

DempsDemps: A Waterdrop filter is the best way of assuring perfectly clear and scent-free ice cubes and/or drinking water in your refrigerator. For one or two people in the household (light entertainment), annual replacement is sufficient. Larger families (party animals) should do a replacement every six months. In most cases, it's an easy job. All you need is a thumb and an index finger. A quarter turn to the left and pull to remove the old filter. A slight push and quarter turn to the right to install a new Waterdrop filter. Exact specs to Samsung OEM at a fraction of the cost.
Extra hint: If you keep to a regular schedule, you don't even have to turn off the water. If you neglect to change for a few years or live where water is full of minerals, don't take the risk that the auto shutoff valve will work. (Turn off the water supply line to the fridge.)

Ahmet A.: Ich kann mich über die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen nur wundern. Ich mag ein Montagsmodell erwischt haben, meine Erfahrungen mit diesem non-OEM Wasserfilter waren jedoch leider durchweg negativ. Zunächst einmal war der Wasserfilter undicht, sodass im Kühlschrank Wasser austrat. Ich habe die Filterpatrone mehrfach ausgebaut und wieder eingesetzt, dies brachte jedoch leider nichts.
Die Filterleistung dieses Wasserfilters ist leider - in meinem Fall - auch absolut mangelhaft. Beim gezapften Wasser ist es mir nicht gleich aufgefallen, jedoch bei den Eiswürfeln. Die mit dieser Filterpatrone produzierten Eiswürfel hinterlassen alle einen weißen Film/Schleier auf dem Getränk, Glasrand, im Eisbehälter ... einfach überall. Das sieht sehr unappetitlich aus und war mit dem Originalfilter so nie der Fall.
Das OEM Produkt gibt es hier bei Amazon für 39,99 EUR. Ja, das ist mehr als das doppelte diesen kompatiblen Filters. Unterm Strich sprechen wir aber letztlich von 24 EUR Differenz, die alle 6 Monate anfallen. Das ist es mir - auf Basis der von mir gemachten Erfahrungen - allemal wert, zum Originalprodukt von Samsung zu greifen.
