June: I have Bursitis due to Scoliosis. I work my right leg while standing on the block. With Scoliosis I have one leg longer then the other. So I can get a good workout standing on the block. Even sent a pair to my daughter.

Brett’s: I searched Amazon for “2 Yoga Blocks” and these ones came up. I ordered 2 sets of them thinking I was getting 4 blocks for $40. Only 2 blocks arrived. Upon further investigation I see it was only 2 sets of 1 block that I ordered. Not a good deal!! These should be 2 for that price not $20 each! Very disappointed in myself for not double checking and paying this much per block. The blocks themselves are fine but just way overpriced for just one.

Mercedes: These are nice blocks. Like any petroleum product, there was a slight smell but it dissipated within an hour of opening the plastic. The blocks are firm enough to provide decent load-bearing support, but soft enough to provide some comfort. They have a reasonable amount of grip for foam blocks, but they'll slide when you'd expect them to so brace accordingly. The colour was as depicted and the 4" depth was accurate, providing a nice firm hand base when used on their side as well as a bit more height if used flat. I bought them along with a 3" pair because these are a little wide for putting between your legs.
