Marko Popovic: I was a little hesitant selecting the belt with the Vest, but I literally just used it yesterday and today. It makes you sweat and burn the fat. I'm 5'11" 228 got an X-large, felt a little snug - but I guess once i loose the weight should be okay. A double X-large may have been more comfortable, but you have to consider the purpose of the belt which is to be snug. Overall great buy, the neoprene smell doesn't bother me and expected, and almost feels like the chest portion of a scuba wet suit. Glad I bought and hope to expedite my fat loss.
