Redneck Convent Heavy-Duty Log Grabber Firewood Tongs

Tim: This is a nice fire tender to move wood around your fire. You can't really lift big logs but its nice and easy to move wood where you want it. I do have a big heavy duty fire tender that i can lift like 8 in logs with but it's quite awkward to move half burnt pieces and stack them. This one does the job nicely.

Dh2534: We have been looking for this at Fleet Farm here in Wisconsin. For whatever reason, they have stocked in winter in their Fireplace area.
We use it in the Spring, Summer, Fall while camping and our Campfires.
I gave this as a gift and it was loved and worked beautifully this past weeked.

Peggy J. Simmons: I gave this as a gift to 2 different people. One has campfires on his property in a fire pit. Absolutely loves how he can position the pieces of wood where he wants them. The other one has a camper on a Lake and spends most of the summer there. Loves that they can add pieces of wood and position where they want them as well. My daughter loves using it as well. Stores easily. Other campers love it as well!!! I’m sure by now they all have one too. Both households deemed best gift ever!! Very easy to use and pick up your pieces of wood & place where you want without getting burned. Should be 10 stars!!!

"wbaker54": No more trying to push logs around with a stick, makes tending the fire so much easier. The first one I bought years ago didn't have a spring on it, this one does, makes it open back up on its own.

Christine: This is not what I was looking for because it has the spring. Not very durable and will break easily. Its ok if this is what you are looking for but not what I need, its not strong enough.

Not worth $50 at all. Doesn't open and close properly. Not crafter well. Just all around unimpressed. Especially after waiting likes month to get it. Will try to return item.

Amazon Customer: This item is advertised as heavy duty and in fact is the exact opposite . It doesn’t function properly , won’t open or close as a result of poor craftsmanship and is made with cheap materials that cannot make it functional. I would venture to call it “dangerous” in that it could cause injury to the user because of it’s inadequate materials and poor craftsmanship.

Isabella Bissett: I have ordered similar products in the past and have been very satisfied which led me to purchase this product when I built a new fire pit at my new house. The quality of this product is nowhere near the ones I’ve had in the past. The movable third Claw is made of flimsy metal that easily gets bent with average sized logs. It almost seems to be made of aluminum. The other two claws are solid steel and work fine but the third one is the most important and often will drop logs requiring constant straightening out. Do not waste your money on this product.
